I am in this store 2-7 times a week! I have built a relationship with the warm-hearted people that work there. I have never been treated bad and everyone works hard to smile even on the busiest day! It is the little things they do that make my day better Everytime I stop. One day a woman was sick in the bathroom and the two attendants allowed me to run through the store getting what I needed to care for her! I through cash on the counter and they had my change hours later when I was able to come back! They treat their customers like family!

Literally the best of the best off all speedy stops in Victoria. This is by far my personal favorite. And I stop at all of them all the time. They may not all know me by name at this location but they all recognize my face. Lisa is awesome she I assume is manager, she does greet me by name all the time. (if not manager then she should be) can be counting and or stocking and will still stop to say hello. Your other Victoria locations do not come to par on this one.

I went to the taco place inside and asked for no beans. There was beans. I went all the way home to realize the lady did not do my order correctly. I should have gotten refunded for at least one of my items because I had to go all the way back to the store when I’d been running around for hours and just wanted to stay home, relax and eat. She had a poor attitude and wasn’t apologetic. I’m very disappointed and annoyed. If I wanted beans, I could have picked one off of the shelf.

Talk of the town top notch bathrooms, nic3st staff and friendly, even the subway and taco bar were friendly although it 2as 5 minutes to closing. Didn't show frustration like many places do. Love the fresh gro7nd coffee and they have half and half from real cows not that imitation stuff, although they have that too.

Great mini mart. The fuel prices are very competitive. The 20-pound bagged ice is the best price in the crossroads area. The inside is clean. The store is well laid out. There is a very large selection of cold beverages and fountain drinks. I think it is one of the best places in Victoria to fuel up.

My speedy stop is the best! Managers like Sara and her crew are some of the most friendliest cordial people in the convenience store business. I'm sure the other Speedy Stops are just a a friendly and nice, but I am partial to the one on Navarro by Academy. Some other businesses could take notes. Just saying from an old timer in the Big City of Vic. Peace be with you.

Always crowded and busy. There is not enough seating at the sandwich counter. Most often, deliveries are blocking aisles and long waits at the counter.
