Rick & Justin worked hard to trouble shoot our connection issue, even while they had a huge provisional issue! I highly recommend optimum if no other reason than the support you will have when problems arise!

Customer service was subpar, the internet isn’t any better. Thankful to not have to pay for the service, recommend switching to AT&T or anyone else.
