It was our first time experiencing take 5 and what a great experience it was very much worth it loved how the water was given right away as we was pulling up all the guys were kind and smart from the time we arrived from the time we left they serviced our car very well and all that service totaled up to a very affordable price I will definitely be going back! I needed an oil change and chose to go while my granddaughter was practicing her driving. The gentlemen at the Navarro location excelled in customer service in so many ways. As we drove up the manager greeted us with cold bottled waters. Each technician was so patient and helpful with us. We couldn’t find the handle to release the hood. One technician helped us with that. Another technician showed me my air filter compared to an unused one. Another technician explained the different types of oils available for me to choose from with upfront costs. Each step of the way these employees were so courteous. In addition they did their job well and efficiently. The last wonderful part of my visit was when the manager reset my alert personally. I might add he was actively working alongside his employees the entire visit. I am so glad I chose Take 5 and I highly recommend them!
