Not sure what’s so hard about taking a $1,108.68 check, putting $430 in one account, $8.68 in another & the rest in cash… told the teller 6 times. She had to do the transaction on the $8.68 4 times to get it correct, & still gave me $2 less in cash than what I was owed… even went so far as to write it down for her & she still messed it up. I thought basic math skills were a requirement for working at a bank ?♀️ then this girl proceeded to get mad at me like it was my fault she can’t listen or count…

I have been with TDECU for nearly 30 years. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because their employees are usually kind and helpful, that is TDECU's saving grace. Their auto, mortgage, RV, ATV, and personal loan rates are nearly always some of the highest around, loan origination fees are usually higher than other competitors, and they are unwilling to budge on assumption deeds from personal/non-business loans into an LLC when trying to start a business. I have not been willing to secure a loan through them for around a decade due to their rates. An 800+ credit score and 30 years of good standing doesn't get you anywhere with them. Don't waste your time on their insurance either. They were shockingly high on that front as well. There are much better options out there for your loan and insurance needs. This isn't a review for this specific branch, but for the company as a whole.

Terrible customer service at this location! they were so busy setting up for their “best of the best” celebration that they left their members waiting as the only person in the waiting room for over an hour while the loan manager and his 6 loan officers helping him set up hotdogs and canned cokes for over a hour. the Manager at this office is a complete joke himself.. something as simple as stopping some checks he admitted he didn’t know how to do. SAVE YOUR TIME and go to TDECU on rio grande they have the best service!and let’s be honest winning best of the best in victoria doesn’t say much and this location has proved that time after time!

Soooo many problems with this institution, and with this particular location especially. Coinstar machine is constantly out of service, and tellers refuse to accept coins for deposit. I've NEVER dealt with a financial institution who refuses to accept money in any form, as long as you are a customer. This is unacceptable. Very slow service, and we (as a nonprofit entity who banks at this place) have had to deal with jumping through hoops just to take care of our account and get business done. I dread every time I have to use this place. Very bad customer service and policies.

Extremely long wait and a receptionist who isn't very good at her job.Waited in line only to be told I'm in the wrong one, the receptionist didn't even greet me much less try to situate my needs.Seems redundant to have someone sitting there for no reason.And all I need is a replacement card.. going on 20 minutes..Omg.. the receptionist can print them for me, what a waste of my time

I had the worst experience in the drive thru the other day. I had to drive around and go inside to make sure the problem had been corrected. A younger looking, blonde haired woman, deposited my money into the wrong account. I'm assuming she's new possibly, that's not a problem but she didn't take the time to listen to me, at the drive thru. She clicked off of the little monitor, so fast, while speaking to me that I knew it she was about to make a mistake. (I have 3 separate accounts.) Then she had the audacity to argue with me. That's the reason I came inside like a whirlwind. The ladies inside got everything strait for me. I thanked them & told them, I apologize & Merry Christmas.

Couldn't access our money because they said there system was down. Good thing I had another bank as a back up bank.

Have called TDECU twice , last week and this week. Left my number, automated system, for a call back and have never heard from them. Seems like empty branches would have the personnel to return phone calls. Guess I’m wrong.
