I made a reservation with customer service and I have to say we need more people like this in todays companies. I am extremely pleased well, satisfied, and hung up happy while the customer service representative was extremely kind, soft-spoken well business informed patient and reassured me that customer service was always available. I had a unit here for a few years and never had any issues. Just moved out and it was absolutely painless. A storage unit is one of those things you don’t think about and certainly don’t leave a review for unless you had an exceptionally bad experience. So I wanted to leave a good review.

our son got a small unit being he didn't know , the day we were moving we learned this and freaked out ! we were calling, and called nothing went over with everything in hopes of getting help, mind you its 4th of July weekend and its Sunday. calling again and all the sudden car comes in and its the lady that lives above, ooo thank the lord we have a big problem ! long of the short she saved the day ! thanks a million !!

This is my first time to use a storage unit. I definitely recommend The Storage Place on John Stockbauer! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They also let me use the moving truck for free to move my things in. It was a great experience all around!
