“Just went there to get an item back and they flat out told me they dont remember me when clearly they did because as soon as I pulled up they immmediately came out to help me and wanted to give excuses for why they misplaced the item. I told them it was a matter of some money and they said its not their fault. However I found it in my car and they said they looked high and low for my item. Great customer service!
