They say on their website they serve the rural community but how can you if the troubles the rural communities face you’re not ready to face them. A few mud puddles and these folks won’t come out. I drive a Honda civic up and down my dirt road leading to my neighborhood but somehow they can’t make it back here in a truck. This company is a joke. I sat here all day for me to call and find out they aren’t coming. I have no internet for about a week now but they are going to bill me I bet and expect me to pay. If you can’t come out here cause of some mud puddles then you aren’t equipped to serve the rural community. Anyone reading this go look into T-Mobile home internet. It’s a plug up modem that gives you fast internet. It’s about as fast as this company but half the price. This company is a JOKE.

From our first telephone encounter with Jayden thru install with Leo and Anthiny, we ate absolutely blown away by their excellent customer service. We highly recommend their service for high internet and TV.

Worst company ever!!! January 8th work order cancelled! Today come to fix the problem the work order was cancelled for and to be told no one was home. Life360 showed my husband to be home at that time. Called cause I’m sick of talking to everyone and they say they can not transfer calls to a supervisor they can take a message… their policy is they will return my call in 24 hours… so what’s the policy on cancelling work orders and me paying for internet that’s down????

So we switched to TISD. They were pretty prompt with their installation however the up and download speeds were not as promised. Video playback was constantly buffering and connection always dropping. Also, we switched under a promotion for free installation but now that we are canceling our service during the "grace period" we have to pay for installation and what we've used. I don't mind paying for what we've used but I guess if you're not satisfied with the service all deals are off and they still make money and you as the customer are left holding the bag!!

Honestly probably the worst internet you could have. Their service goes out multiple times a month, and when called their reps say, " yes there is a wide spread outage, " then quickly hang up so they don't have to say anything else. When you ask for a time frame they say oh could be any time. This review comes out of irritation after their second page in 3 days, with internet out for more than 15 hours. They don't provide options for good speeds and want to charge you an arm and leg for their service, and sadly they are the only service supplier in my area.

If I could put zero I would. Never fails that it goes down on weekends. They never answer the phone in service. Refuse to give discounts.

I've been with tisd for over 3 and a half years. Every time there's even a little bit of rain the wifi stops working for at least 8 hours or days. I don't get cell service at my house so I rely on wifi for everything. Y'all need to improve this services. I pay around a hundred dollars a month just to get 15mbps and usually I'm lucky if I even get 5mbps speed so y'all could at least improve the reception so a few sprinkles doesn't shut my wifi down for several hours or days.

Only option out where we stay. Internet always goes down. We overpay for unstable speeds. Can not wait for more options..There will be 2-3 new options here soon. Fingers crossed.

Tisd offers terrible internet at a monthly rate that's 3x what other places would offer it's highly expensive just for a measly 40mgs and to add on the only consistent thing they have to offer is the outages that are always occurring

Jeremy and Christof were our technicians today and they arrived with impeccable timing and they were super friendly even with my dogs and they took their time and were very thorough. Big inconvenience for me as a customer . I had to cancel my account due to not being able to walk in an pay tisd cash. I’m disabled and live off of social security and am a cash paying customer. Not just this time but there has been several times that I went to the location on red river and the doors were locked. They had a sign to go to back door and push button etc etc . I try to go pay them today. There’s another sign stating they moved yada yada so I drove over there to the new location and there is another sign on the door. They are closed due to covid, mind you every parking space was filled with cars besides the one I parked in. So then I call tisd and am told to go buy a money order and put it in their drop box ? umm no I’ve done drove around two do different places and now I still can’t pay. Then I get a voicemail from a billing employee stating that I can’t cancel my account without paying the bill owed AND the cancellation fees to even cancel… I don’t know where she got that info from but you don’t threaten a customer who’s already been inconvenienced with sending your bill to collections just because they have to cancel.

Internet goes down at least 1 a day never stays on all day, when you pay for the best plan they have it should never go out
