Back in November I had an oil and filter change on a 2021 Tacoma SR5, a couple of weeks later I noticed oil leaking from the engine oil drain plug was completely loose by the technician.Very unprofessional shop with questionable skill level of its technicians, at least the one who serviced my truck.

I purchased my vehicle in San Antonio. I had a few questions about the car and called the dealership for quick question. The fellow’s only reply was to ask the salesman. I didn’t call back cuz the way this fellow was so quick w me. . Soon after I moved and had to find a Toyota store to service my vehicle. I took a chance on Victoria Toyota and I’m so glad I did. My service rep was awesome. Didn’t make me feel inadequate and I felt so glad I chose this dealership. I will be a forever customer because of their customer service after the sale.

We were in Victoria from out of town when one of our tires started leaking air quickly. I called the service center, explained the situation and they said come on in, we can help. About 45 mins later, we had a new tire put on and we were out the door. All the staff was friendly and helpful!

Playing the game of getting oil changed at discount for the pleasure of having techs trying to sell you air filters etc. 90 minutes for an appointment for a simple oil change is a sick game Little Fingers Keating does well.
