“Wasn't happy at all we went all the way over there and we wanted to rent a U-Haul but they were not happy about our form of payment so we ended up taking my dad's truck and trailer this would have already been done had they rented to us? I don't think I have ever had anyone tell me well we will take your card but you must be standing here to sign you can't pay by phone. Needless to say it was extremely disappointing”
