0 stars. Unprofessional. I’m not sure if the man working that day was new, but he seemed very confused and charged for things I already told him were paid for online. The day before I purchased a dollie, two large boxes, and a couch protector. I got there and was told they were out of Dollie’s so I would have to buy one, but there was a dollie right next to the counter that he magically did not see. Then proceed to still charge me the rent fee after I told him it was purchase online with proof. Proceeded to not give me the boxes or couch protector I asked for until I had to go back and inform him that they were mine. He told me I would recieve a refund, but did not take down any additional information. I needed a refund for the equipment he double charged me for and for the miles that we didn’t use because we paid before hand on the amount we assumed we would use. I have still not received the refund and it has been 3 days later. I don’t normally write reviews, but it was a bad experience for a first time customer, I was over charged, and the man had no idea what he was doing.

Larry was kind enough to install my hitch even tho Uhaul messed up my appointment time. Extremely thankful that he went out of his way. Also he seems to know his stuff pretty well.

I ordered a hitch and wiring harness and scheduled the installation for both. The install date was 8 days from the order date. I arrived at the U-Haul location on the scheduled date and time. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no one there who could do the installation on the scheduled. After asking them why I did not receive a phone call notifying me as such after ordering the install over a week prior and driving an hour for the install, I was told that there is nothing he could do. I left their facility and called U-Haul's (800) number to inform them of the situation and that I would not be returning. This facility is inconsiderate and unprofessional.

They had a UHaul for me after all the aggravation from another location. Upon filling up the UHaul, I found out there was a leak in the gas line. 1,300 miles and an unnecessary money spent on gas and I finally made it to my destination.

The general manager doesn't care about customer feedback and how his employees lie and don't give all information about rental process very inconvenienced as never told the store opens at 9am on Sundays and knowing the employee said our rental was due at 830am but reservation said 8am ... was at store at 758am and had to call corporate number to get someone on the line and how can they tell a customer to turn in return when store isn't open not all customers use the app it isn't a requirement and then waiting outside store general manager doesn't even show up till 915am wow real professional and uses the excuse well we are open 7 days a week and Sundays are our slow days .... okay with 5 people in line wow .. and didn't care one bit a out a customer's experience says alot about this place I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone I would rather use personal trailers anything else besides thus place horrible service a major disappointment so please think again before renting here very unprofessional.

Victoria TX Uhaull location on Sam Houston has great employees with cheerful customer service! I rented it through the website and only had to pick it up. They processed me quickly and even hooked the trailer up for me and disconnected it when I returned it back. Will use them again!

I got there at 6:35 Larry told me to wait 10 minutes so he could fill my propane tank, he never came back and went home before they even closed at 7:00 and I was never assisted.

Put in new couch to be taken to a facility for protective coating of fabric. Upon opening door the couch bottom half was covered in muddy water material from the highway. Therefore requiring an additional cleaning prior to the protective coating process to be done. Attempted to get U-haul to pay for the cleaning process but was denied. Also the employee at Sam Houston st site in Victoria tx was very rude & had cocky answers when inquiring about the incident. When we returned the trailer the employee looked at the seals around door & made statement that they may be cracked. Regardless no refund. The entire experience was unacceptable.
