3 times they have returned packages without any attempt to deliver.

This is one of the worst run PO I’ve seen. Their property is in disrepair, weeds and dead plants make up the landscape, their windows haven’t been cleaned in forever, staff is poorly equipped and not friendly at all. Whomever is running the place is doing a poor job! There is a concrete parking block broken into 10 pieces that has been that way for over a year. They put 2 orange cones around it instead of hauling it off or replacing it 🙄

I thought the post office is supposed to be able to deliver during rain sleet snow it doesn't matter what kind of weather. They decided not to deliver the mail today because there was snow overnight which melted by 11:00 a.m.. it was safe to drive on the streets then. I cannot believe they'll use any excuse in the book not to do their damn job. Some of us depend on you delivering the mail on time and within a timely process. Just cuz you idiots want to go play in the snow doesn't mean you should take the day off. I can't wait till they replace the US Postal Service with a private company. What a waste of government funds. By the way they cannot deliver our mail but they sure can deliver Amazon packages today. That tells you were their priorities are.

This used to be the better post office to go to. The pride of Victoria .Not sure what happened. As you walk into the lobby it looks horrible. The 24 hr self service station looks like trash. The handle for the drop box is broke off on one side. There were absolutely no mailers to even be able to use the self service station. Very dissapointed!!!

This post office put a hold on my packages and said it was at my request. I never called or emailed anyone requesting that not on the phone or via informed delivery. Check your app it could end up costing you a fee for them to redeliver it even though you didn't request it.

Package not delivered as scheduled...no customer service assistance 😒...Sad it's gone DOWN HILL over the past 5 years. I try not to use them. I'd rather PAY EXTRA than trust ANYTHING to them.
I will NEVER ALLOW UPS to transfer my packages to them EVER again! USPS YOU HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bad service. We had an appointment for passport I missed half a day of work from Port lavaca to victoria whenever we got there they said they couldn't do it because computer didn't work, at least they could have call us and let everyone know with appointment about this.

Usually, packages are delivered to our front door with many other delivery drivers with large or small packages. Anytime USPS delivers a package they always put “mailbox full” (always empty) and never bring the package to the door. It’s ridiculous. No matter if I pay for fast shipping, I can never count that it will be here on time due to USPS. I have to drive to them to pick it up. Just ridiculous. They do not even attempt to leave at the front office either!

They have a Very nice staff. Used the self service kios for the first time. I would have to say it was very easy. Either way you do it, it's very easy.
