Usually, packages are delivered to our front door with many other delivery drivers with large or small packages. Anytime USPS delivers a package they always put “mailbox full” (always empty) and never bring the package to the door. It’s ridiculous. No matter if I pay for fast shipping, I can never count that it will be here on time due to USPS. I have to drive to them to pick it up. Just ridiculous. They do not even attempt to leave at the front office either!

They have a Very nice staff. Used the self service kios for the first time. I would have to say it was very easy. Either way you do it, it's very easy.

Filing a report with the fraud dept. for 3 small stolen packages,SheIn and phone from Qlink wireless ,that the post master signed off on as delivered,the last 2, one being a phone that was delivered at the same time ,the phone is missing,as well as 2 SheIn packages,over a $100 in merchandise and another $20 to deal with a crooked supervisor and they haven't bothered with a follow up...the delivery is the only person with access to my mailbox...watch your mail people.uspc your a big part of what's wrong with this county,county of thieves...also the supervisor didn't even bother to tk note of the tracking number to the phone that was stolen??? correction they've stole 4 packages

This is by far the best USPS location I’ve been to and I’ve been to many all around. All of the staff is super nice and professional. I got my passport done here and the process was fast and smooth. The individual who proceeded my application was nice and super helpful. Great environment and team!

The workers at the location are always respectful and do their jobs great. My complaint is that I sent out a big box to my sister and it has been lost for about 4 months now. I receive messages once a month to update me. Some usps workers somewhere between texas and Louisiana are reasonable for that missing box, and I paid a huge shipping fee!

3 weeks ago my husband and I needed Passports and I didn't know the 1st thing of how to get one. The guy at the postal desk explained it in detail to me and gave me applications to fill out with a list of what to bring back.We scheduled our appointment with the Passport officer and everything was much simpler than I would have imagined it to be!Thank you to all the friendly, knowledgeable people at the Sam Houston location!

I have never had a negative experience at this post office. The wait time is usually not very long, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I go here a lot because I sell a lot of our old junk on ebay. I do not have a PO box so can't comment on anything related to that.

I appreciate the work you do and I understand that it is a lot of correspondence but you should be more observant when making deliveries since the packages we order cost money. They should put a barcode on each mailbox and scan at the delivery time to verify that it is the correct address because it is difficult for each person to search for the package with each neighbor.

ZERO STARS, but it would not allow me to choose that. Worst service of any business!1st time I used hold mail service, I chose the option that I would pick up my mail at the post office. Went there, and was told that the carrier had it (after waiting a long time for them to search for it).Second time, I chose for it to be delivered after the hold. It was not. Called them, and it was at the post office. Was delivered late.This time, I was supposed to have my hold mail delivered on Saturday, Oct. 2. Still do not have it. On hold on the phone now. Was told that it would be at least 33 minutes before I could speak to someone.They are using Covid as an excuse, but this bad service has been going on for years.Horrible service!

Not the first time packages get shoved into the box even packages that say do not fold get folded and put into the box.
