“We are new to the area and recently had to say goodbye to our beloved super senior, Maddie. It was our very first time at Lone Star Animal Hospital, and the love and care they showed our family went far beyond anything we could have imagined. Saying goodbye to a pet for the first time is painfully heartbreaking, but the staff was incredibly gentle and made the experience as peaceful as possible. Maddie’s final moments were filled with comfort—eating treats thoughtfully provided in the room, resting on a cozy bed, and being surrounded by her family’s love and praise. What touched us most was Dr. Haley Daniel. Even though it was our first time meeting her, she wept right alongside us. A few days later, we received a beautiful, handwritten sympathy letter from her, sharing how evident it was that Maddie was deeply loved. It was such a meaningful gesture. Thank you, Lone Star Animal Hospital. You are truly special, and you have officially become our forever clinic.”

“We couldnt possibly be more thankful for this place. We had to put our sweet little daisy dog down. Ive been battling brain disease, and shes been helping me get thru it for 8 years, and everyday she was alive I was so worried id see the sweetest kindest most loving affectionate angel suffer one day. And they were incredibly kind to us, kind to her. If I could have wrote a story for how she left us, to go onto whatever is next, I wouldnt have written it any different. They took a painful horrible time and gave her dignity, grace, kindness, and love. And made sure she left us, just a peaceful as she was when she was with us. Thank you so much for making our horrible day a good day. We will never forget our last moments with her.”

“Today is 4th of July and Dr. Travis Schaar opened up for us today and was great! He took care of our Ruby Rose who is a 4lb you’re and was bitten by another dog and had to have X-rays and stitches! He took extra care of her and was very attentive and professional. His staff Hillary was very helpful and friendly too!! We registered all our family dogs for any future visits!!”

“My furbaby is currently hospitalized here and fighting for his life, the end results are still uncertain but I have to say I will NEVER use another Veterinary office again because of the absolute care and compassion they have shown from the moment we walked through the door as an emergency. They have been so great and accommodating, they are treating my baby like he is their family too and no matter what I am so grateful.”

“Don’t know where to begin other than THANK YOU for the amazing service & caring staff. The attention given to my fur baby and patience of understanding a scared dog in pain was amazing to see. Bang for your buck! Everything was explained and I left more informed than typically confused after a vet visit. Nope! Not here. We were seen by S. DAVIS DVM and her knowledgeable tech. I wish I got her name :( But I hope this review gets back to her so she knows she rocks! Cleanliness 10/10 Staff 10/10”
