For this place to be a commutation business, it has to communicate with its clients. Every time I call to get something done, I have to call back to remind them I need something done smh. Then I call back and no one knows what’s going on. It wasn’t the AT&T , it was your vcs security department

Had a problem with my phone and also was going out of the US and was trying to find out if I had coverage. I first dialed the 611 number and all I got was the run around because I did not know some code and finally gave up. When to the store and Brittany Mares help me with both thing and was out of there in less then 5 minutes. Great employee need to make sure you keep her. Thanks Billy bowers

Overpriced. Cameras stop working constantly and get humidity inside lens. Poor customer service. Will happily talk to anyone who would like to know more about there service.

It seems like these guys have been open for 100 years. They are the go to reliable communications service in Victoria. The number one item that makes people come back, year after year, is their customer service. Their customer service is A+.
