It went really well . I was needing an oil change and I was pressed for time . They got me in and out in about forty minutes . And I was able to use my points for most of it !! Really satisfied when I left . All the staff were really nice , offering bottled water and snacks while waiting !!

You did nothing that you said you would do when I made the appointment. After multiple attempts throughout a day to have me vehicle serviced (alignment, AC service, fuel system service and a check engine code diagnostic performed) I was told that my trucks lift was too tall and that they couldn’t service it, my truck is a 6” lift on 35’s, probably one of the most common lift kit combos on the road. This was after having the truck all day. What confuses me is you have 3 new trucks (2 black widow & 1 Harley Davidson) for sale at your dealership that are the same ride height as mine. How are the purchasers of these truck’s supposed to get their trucks serviced? Buyer beware, if you purchase a truck from here and it’s lifted or you plan on lifting it. You will obviously need to find a different dealer for work as this one is not capable of working on lifted trucks. Oh but they will keep your vehicle all day before telling you that too…

I can’t say enough about Johnny he was so helpful and helping me to get back on the road with my truck. He took the time out and answered my questions anytime I called. Y’all have a great employee. Yeah I should give him a raise. I am saying this from the heart I don’t know the man at all but to my knowledge if I’ve got a good employee, I always reward him.

I had deflectors installed. Dealer did awesome on windows but the hood deflector was an issue. After investigating looks like the design of the deflector may have been the issue. I brought my concerns up and they had a few options for corrections I could choose from. Top notch customer service

Johnny was not helpful or understanding. I was charged a $155 service charge and was told I just needed a new battery. My charges would be around $550. I told him it seemed a little high and that I would rather put the battery in myself to save some money. He then tells me that if I pick up the vehicle and and the new battery isn't the fix he would have to charge me another $155 service charge for the same issue even if I brought it back the same day. Micheal on the other hand said that that was false. They would not charge me another service fee. Sounds like entrapment when he knew it was the fix. They had already started charging the battery and the problem was fixed. But threatening me on more charges if I pick it up was very unprofessional.

Our salesman, Zander, did a fantastic job meeting our needs to find a car that met our budget as well as meeting our expectations for size, color, style that we were looking for. This is the second car that we have purchased from Victory and from Zander. We keep coming back because of the friendly, trustworthy service of this dealership. Our vehicles are always well-serviced. Stephanie in the business office is fantastic to work with and everyone goes out of their way with their customer service! Love Victory!

My experience withy Victory GMC was the best!! I was in need of a vehicle, applied and within the day was told I was approved for my vehicle purchase. Went in the next day, paperwork was ready to be signed, it was an easy process. The salesman, and all the employees made my purchase a very nice experience. I thought I had scheduled my oil change on line. Turns out it didn’t register. I’m sure it was on my part as sometimes I struggle with technology. However, even though they had several cars already being worked on, the service director said they could accommodate me. I was willing to wait and figured it would be several hours. However, I was done in just under an hour. I am impressed. They didn’t have to accommodate me. They could have made an appointment for another day and/or time but they didn’t and I appreciate it. I will return but will call and make sure I have an appointment. Thanks victory!

Bruce and the guys were amazing, the process was very quick and they did give us top value for our trade. We are in love with our GMC Denali. Will definitely be going back. I also would like to add that, I am not one for a salesman type approach and that was a big plus, if I had questions they were answered. Anything I wanted to know they were very knowledgeable. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend them Victory GMC to anyone.

Steve was great! He listened to what I wanted, needed and could do. Then him and the finance guy worked it out. I’m VERY HAPPY! No pressure, just some really great people helping me get the new car I wanted and needed!First, Victory Buick GMC had EXACTLY what I wanted on your lot! The sales people were very good. Steve was personable, listened to my wants, concerns and needs. Then when it came time for financing, they got me where I needed to be. I had done my research and knew what my trade-in was worth, and they gave me more than I anticipated!I have and continue to tell people about Victory Buick GMC in Victoria! NO PRESSURE! A very pleasing experience!

My husband & I just happened by the dealership after hours to scope out a Sierra 1500 Elevation. We were looking over the truck and admiring it when Roos Young & Steve Sangster greeted us & asked if we had any questions. We were surprised because we thought the dealership was closed but appreciated their casual, non-aggressive approach to our inquiries about the truck.Ross followed up with us the next week to see if we were still interested or had additional questions. They were both straightforward, transparent and honestly answered our questions. (As honest as car salesmen can be. ?) Which is refreshing, as it has not been the norm in our experience with most car dealerships.We did our own research in purchasing the truck and felt like we were getting a pretty fair deal.We felt like our whole experience from the sales guys, Ross & Steve, to Jake in Finance, to Michelle who assisted me in walking me through the Onstar set-up, was a pleasant experience. It was a pleasure working with the team at Victory GMC and I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends looking to purchase a vehicle.Thank you!Pam Solomon

My car was scheduled for a recall notice repair, something to do with the back camera. When I made the appointment, I requested to have an oil change. After the oil was changed, I was informed that they didn't have the parts for recall and I would need to bring my car back and I needed new tires.When taking the car back for the recall repair again, I requested 4 new tires. After this service, my alignment was not right because the steering was off center and I was getting error messages about the steering assist. I also received error messages about the apps needing to be downloaded, this was due to recall repair. Took the car back again for realignment and all of my apps had to be removed because they couldn't get them to reload.Again, after the realignment, my steering was still not center and had a gradual pull to the right. Took it back again on 3/1/2023. Hopefully, I will not have any more issues. Based on this 4 week dilemma, I cannot say that I would recommend this service shop to others.
