I was super impressed with Marisa in the service department. I was traveling to Houston in my recently purchased Kia Sorento was acting up in Edna. I immediately turned around and went to the Kia store in Victoria and I was greeted by Marisa. I told her what happened and she assured me that the techs would look into it. Shortly after (not after a long wait), she put me in a loaner, told me exactly what they were going to do and the issues that they found. She knew I was from Corpus, so she did not overpromise but gave me a realistic timeframe of when I would be able to pick up my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, again Marisa greeted me with a smile and assured me all was taken care of. This review is longer than I usually leave but it was worth the time to express my gratitude to her attention, friendliness and efficiency of the department's process.

Very good pricing, the staff was and is friendly and easy to work with. It was and is a pleasure to talk with sales professional DeWayne Deadrick.
I was recently informed DeWayne Deadrick is not employed at Victory KIA.
I’m positive there are other sales personnel that are available to help with the selection process when making a selection.
The Service Department works to make your visit as pleasant as possible. They answer questions that you may have that help you decide which and what direction you want to go.
Remember, no one is prefect and sometimes an unintentional mistake is made in providing service.
Transportation is available if needed to assist you.

Matthew from service and parts was supposed to order my key almost 2 weeks ago!! In those 2 weeks I have been the one to check on it because he never called me back to give me an update. When I did call all he said “ well I did all I could do but I still haven’t got that key for you” he should had updated me all this time!! So I could call other places but he never updated me at all!
