Sylvia was very patient with me as I tried on several pairs of eyeglasses. Then she helped with insurance and financing. I had nothing to do but try on glasses.

Went in for the first time to get some glasses for my husband. Michelle assisted us, and was very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. She broke down the prices where we could understand and made sure we left happy and we'll taken care of ! Will definitely be going back for my own glasses soon.

Called at 4:10 to ask a question and I talked to a sales representative. Got there 5 minutes later and they were closed. Even though they close at 5, their lights were off and gate shut at 4:15?

It was my first time at Vision Works and Sylvia made me feel comfortable and she answered all my questions being professional at the same time. I loved all of the choices you had for the glasses. I enjoyed my time with her and left the store feeling really good and satisfied.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Dr. and staff were all friendly. I think the lady’s name was Beatrice who explained my insurance co pay and out of pocket expense. They did not rush me like some Dr. offices do. Highly recommend. I will continue to purchase eyewear and return for eye exam when needed.
