I always have issues with the pharmacy I been going more than 8 months with the same prescription and something always goes wrong and today the pharmacist there was so very unhelpful and not professional at all

Im only giving two stars because I've never had too much of an issue before. Last night I got on the app and purchased over $35 in things so that I could get free delivery. I am sick and needed it delivered. It was supposed to be delivered within the hour. I waited over two hours for Uber to show up with a box of prenatal vitamins that was clearly written out on the bag another woman's name. When I told the Uber driver, Anthony G., said call walgreens and left. I called walgreens and the man, Jerry, who answered didn't seem like he knew much of anything and just laid the phone down without saying hold on or let me get you with someone who can help, nothing. I waited only to be met with a woman who ended up basically saying if I didn't come and pick up my things from the store and bring the other ladies prenatal vitamins, then she wouldn't have them. I called walgreens customer service and they let me know i could be refunded but I wouldn't get my refund until around 10 days from them. Many bigger company's customer service is crap these days. No surprise. I feel bad for my kids.

Justin at the Walgreens on the corner of Navarro and Airline went out of his way to check the best coupons for my prescriptions which helped tremendously

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a same day pick up canvas. When the time it was supposed to be ready came and went, I was patient. 2 hours later I called and was given every excuse you could think of including that the woman who answered the phone was hungry and hadn't had the time to go to the bathroom. Though I felt for her, not really excuses I needed. I was then told it would be another hour. So AGAIN, I wanted 2 hours to give them extra time.
Trying to be nice and patient . I still heard nothing. I went to the store and was asked to wait 30 more minutes. Which I did, that is when they finally told me they had run out of ink. They had no idea when it would be in, and that I should send my order to another location. Mind you it is near their closing time, if that was the case they should have told me HOURS ago. They told me I could not get my order fulfilled. I was so upset. They wasted all my time, and lied to me multiple times. They had the audacity to send me a message the next day my order was ready (the one I was told was being canceled). This store never deserves my money again.

This is the most frustrating franchise and specifically store # oharmacy to work with. Medications can't be transferred if c2 to other walgreens if available (franchise policy). But this stores pharmacy either doesn't explain anything or talks like you see what they are looking at then dismisses you quickly. One can have a perscription there, they are willing to fill it and sell it. But you wait to call insurance about coverage and return and suddenly they say they were never allowed to fill it and uts expired. Online is shows its still valid, they are causing seriously stress and anxiety attacks in patrons

Walgreens is a big box pharmacy franchise that usually has what you want. Employees are not unfriendly and know their niche but not much else. CVS is similar and sometimes better stocked.

I have always used Walgreens all over Texas. This store is the only one that keeps you on hold for 45 minutes and then hangs up. Quotes 2 hours when every other store quotes 20 to 45 minutes during peak hours. I have actually timed this, they take an average 8 minutes for every car in the drive thru which adds up very quickly and the new pharmacist will not allow you to pick up your meds a day before even if your going out of town or it’s a holiday. I have been told this is the pharmacist decision. I am no longer a Walgreens customer.

I have always used Walgreens and normally have a good experience. However when I moved to Victoria I started using this location. At first their turn around times where 1 to 2 hours. But when in Austin it was 20 minutes almost all the time. Then the got a new pharmacist. My doctor always allows me to fill my medication 2 days early if needed because life happens and she is a caring human being . You might be going out of town or vacation or it maybe a holiday. This pharmacist will not let me fill my medication one day early because I'm leaving town for work. I'm not allowed to transfer to a different Walgreens and I'm pretty much stuck. I have been told this is not a Walgreens thing it's the new pharmacist. I will never use this pharmacy again. It was accident that I sent it to this location in the first place. What happened to good customer service. I hope Walgreens can return to excellent service.

Came to pick up my husbands prescription and they said it wasn’t ready yet. Ok that’s fine! I was just getting there early to see if it might of been at 9:40. Yesterday they told him it would be ready by 10:00 again I’m just seeing if they had it done early!Anyways I told the girl at the window “oh ok they said it would be ready by 10:00 so I was just seeing it was ready early! I feel like the girl got really annoyed with a smirk/laugh in her voice… “ok I can see if they will start working on it” (your attitude needs to change real quick at work mam! If you don’t like it then maybe you shouldn’t work there anymore, if your having a bad day channel it differently cause I’m not the customer to be rude to I guarantee it!)Literally if you get that offended /mad/annoyed by me just saying they told us it would be ready at a certain time you need to take a chill pill, I’m sure you have plenty there!No wonder y’all have such bad reviews!So sad that you can’t provide quality customer care and some respect!Have the day you deserve… I betcha it ain’t going to be great if you keep up the attitude!

This could just be personal but when I went in this store I hade my CVS work shirt on and the workers gave me a suspicious stare so I just ignored it, but when I saw there sales I was shocked they have the worst deals imaginable but at CVS our deals are top tier and they wouldn’t accept my cvs care card I would rate my visit a 1.2/10
