  The pharmacy here never has their stuff together. Miscommunication all the way around. Every single month is the same bs. They fill meds that you don't even request a refill on but can't get the actual meds you did request a refill for ready. It's seriously stupid as hell at this point. I definitely expected more from a major pharmacy. Best of luck when getting your medication here.

  I am always helped immediately, everyone is SO nice and helpful…I had a mishap with trying to get vaccinated and they helped me out also tried their best to save me money. I am so thankful 🥹. Everytime I’m here they are always nice and happy and eager to help. It says a-lot about them 🫶 so thank you Walgreens pharmacy staff!

  I went into the store using my digital coupons and the Register lady named Beatrice had the worst customer service I have ever seen. She was so unhelpful and had the worst attitude. I was confused about my purchase in regards to my digital coupons. I didn’t get my emailed receipt as she said I would so I had went back inside to ask for a paper receipt and she was so unprofessional and was saying she was unable to pull up the receipt because “she didn’t know when she checked me out” as if I wasn’t paying her 5 minutes earlier. Then she started arguing with me. I can’t believe they have someone that miserable up there as a cashier. I’ve been in customer service for years and never in my life would i talk back to a customer the way she did.

  They always have a sale on soft drinks. Great place to have photos printed. You can use the Walgreen's App to send your photos in.

  After having a miserable experience at the Walgreens on Airline and Navarro - I had an amazing experience at this Walgreens. Manager Elya was epic. She stepped up and helped me get a very important project from the photo department finished. She was kind and compassionate. She really seemed to care about me, my experience, and aiding me in my time of distress. I can not say enough nice and wonderful things about this manager or this store. Elya went above and beyond and I would suggest her store to anyone. I had hoped I would get a survey from Walgreens so I could rave about her. She deserves to be recognized for her amazing attitude and great behavior. Thank you, Elya! I appreciate you and everything you did for me.

  Pharmacy is usually pretty fast, and staff knows what they are doing. They have a bit of everything in the store.

  The store was very nice, clean and well-lit. I was able to find what I needed and more. I was in cosmetics, and Lorraine came over to me quickly and was so incredibly helpful and nice. When unable to find a particular color, she was knowledgeable about alternatives. Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful. I spent way too much but saved quite a bit also.

  The 2 women in the photo center could not check me out and they had no line. I needed to get to my daughter's soccer game. Drove 2 hours from Houston. Thank God for the sweet lady in the front who actually cared. She made me smile but the other 2 who were too busy to help me shame on you. This was around 11am today. If you don't like what you're doing go work somewhere else. The sweet sweet lady in the front made it all better. Thank you to her!

  Worst Walgreens in town. Not professional. Told me to come pick up pills Monday...not only was it not ready, they cancelled the order. Then they said go to HEB pharmacy.
