Updated review 2016 nissan frontier had work done unfortunately, my truck was returned to me and had missing bolts & clamps, very sad they work too carelessly not to take a second look to inspect those things.

I was having issues with my A/C. I needed a new condenser. Called to make an appointment on a Friday. They were able to get me in Monday morning. A/C works great! Staff and pricing were also great!

I was having a problem with my A/C not working so my mom referred me to Zarbocks and let me tell you they’re the BEST very nice & quick to fix my vehicle due to my husband needing to go to his dialysis treatment, they stay after hrs.to finish my vehicle. For almost a year I’ve been looking for a place that would charge me a reasonable amount to fix my ac in my vehicle. Erica at Zarbock’s was so helpful with explaining everything that was needed to fix up my ac. She even showed concern about one of the front axels being a main priority of needing to be replaced on my vehicle. She told me that since she was observant and saw two car seats in my vehicle she would not feel comfortable at all letting me leave with my vehicle. Especially knowing the possible outcomes of what could happen if she just let me go on about my day. From that point on I knew that’s the type of business I would love to continue to support. Now days it’s hard to find genuine people at a business's who actually care about your needs as a customer. Thank you again Erica and the staff at Zarbock’s! ?

My traction control light signal. It was off on my Toyota Corolla, and at the same time my check engine light was on, and my cruise control stopped working. I took the car in. They had it ready the next day. There was a glitch that resurfaced and when I returned my car they quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed the repair at no additional cost. The initial repair cost was right about what I expected and my Corolla is running very nice. I waited about 3 weeks before I posted anything just to be sure it was all solid. Erica and her team done a rock solid job and backed it up. Thank you Erica ??

??BAD... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME...I WAS CHARGED 1000$ im disputing the charges...When 1st arrived I was asked to write down what services i needed done or looked at, i wrote install casters and cambers i purchased separately, fix the radio no noise are coming from speakers, i have a bad squeal coming from back brakes. And maintenance check...I get a call its ready- receipt says i was charged 450$ for the installation on the casters and cambers and found short wire and fix radio and parts and labor. Radio never got fixed still no sound coming from speakers. I informed them of the situation, I was then told it was the radio itself that didn't work they hooked up a different radio and ALL the speakers worked really good they said. I said if I purchase a different radio can you install it and everything would be good? They said Yes...(Already got charged 450$ for RADIO FIXING!)... So i purchased a kit and new radio i bring it to them...a month later, call me saying my car is ready. I go back a 2nd time. Now i got charged again for 509$ for just radio installation. But now only just my 2 front door speakers work, i again inform them about the situation, i was then told the speakers in the back dont work and i have to remove the box holding the speaker's. So back to the beginning my brakes never got checked loud squeal still, only 2 of my speakers work. I was charged 1,000$ for almost no work done. I will definitely not go back and will tell everyone i know about this experience...ridiculous

EXCELLENT!!
I've been taking our vehicles to Zarbock's for years. Just last week we had an emergency and they were able to get us in the next day. Customer service and the quality of work was excellent! Thank you for always making our experience great!

EXCELLENT!!!!I’ve had my car a year and recently in the past 3 months it’s given me nothing but trouble and constantly overheating. In July I took it to a mechanic I’ve used for years (which I was hesitant due to feeling I’ve been taken advantage of each time). The fix was costly which is understandable but l sadly I knew the problem wasn’t fixed because it continued to overheat. My brother and his wife recently used Zarbocks and had a good experience so I thought I would give them a try. This was the easiest, fastest, and most honest experience I’ve had with a mechanic. Erica exceeded my expectations and gave me such relief she has no idea. Thank you Erica and the Zarbock employees! I will definitely be referring you to others.

Had my air conditioner worked on cost 1500.00 and my air conditioner is still doing the same thing I will not go back because they told me it was a valve so they did the work charged me over a 1000.00 left then it started doing the same thing took it back then they told me that it was the air compressor took it and it started doing the same thing took it back and it cost me over 500.00 and it's doing the same they told me 3 things and it's was .
