Been living here for 9 years and have loved every minute of it. As long as you follow the rules in the contract, there's no problems. The manager does her best to keep a safe environment for all.

This is a great place to live. Miss Carrie is the best apartment manager that I've ever had. Darrin the maintenance man is always helpful. Sometimes I know that the washers and dryers don't work well but most of the time it's caused by vandals.

Most Apts Have A Cigarette Smell And You Can Hear All 2nd Floor Footsteps Very Loud

Easy access to I-10 and close to shopping and banking. Less than 15 minutes from Beaumont. Clean and spacious apartments with all appliances including dishwasher. We also have a laundry room on site. We have an open playground area and a gated pool. The manager is on site and 24 hour emergency maintenance is available. A Great Place in Vidor to Call Home! Our on site office is open M-F from 3pm to 5pm. Our corporate office located at 5955 Ohio Street, Beaumont, TX 77705 is open M-F from 8:30am-5pm
