I had fluid in my tail light with no clue how go about fixing on my company vehicle. I brought my car to Auto Zone and James B was extremely helpful! He was able to fix my issue in less than 30 minutes and for less than 20 dollars. Great service and happy customer!

This place has great customer service. My family and I were on a road trip and ran over a tire. It knocked loose a piece of flashing under the car and it was dragging. There were no auto repair shops open on a Sunday so we stopped by the store to try to find a solution. I showed the store manager James a photo and ask if they had a jack so I could get under and tie wrap it. He immediately said “Let’s go look.” It was 100 degrees outside and the concrete was hot but he didn’t hesitate. He got down on the ground and helped us put a fix in place that let us continue our vacation. He did it all with a smile. He was awesome. It was shocking to see this kind of service these days. Thanks to James and Autozone. You have a customer for life.

I went there to get 2 feeler gauges. They were busy, only 2 employees working on a Saturday. I waited patiently to get checked out. I waited about 15 mins while the 2 employees helped customers ahead of me. When it was my turn to pay for my items, I was paying with a card not cash. The manager at the time said "let me show you a trick of the trade." Walked me over to the self-checkout that way I can pay for the items myself. I understand that corporate wants to lessen the labor force and pad more money in their pockets. But damn, give people and incentive to do self-checkout, like %20 off by doing or something. I don't think I do part of their job if Im not being compensated for something. Employees are being compensated for working there shouldn't I get something for part of their job as well?? Walmart lost my business cause of that and AutoZone is loosing mine now, I'll take my business and my boat business somewhere else where they actually help.

Sunday and 268 miles from home they diagnosed my problem as the alternator which they had in stock! Upon finding a mechanic that would come and replace it Paul & James were so accommodating to our family in the 100+ degree weather allowing us a place to cool off in the store and charging our drained battery!

Omggggggg. My family was on the way back to Atlanta GA in a 2007 Honda Accord and Joe and Kristen were there to save the day. Give these people a raise ASAP!!! The service to the helpful hints suggests and friendly conversation was above average!!! I would definitely recommend you all stopping in even if it just to save hello. Thank you all for your help because it went over 600 miles away. ☺️
