Bought 3 bars of $20 chocolate. I was expecting a really nice bar of chocolate not pre melted then frozen. When I open the chocolate and it looked like somebody had frozen a mud stick and put it in a box I was extremely disappointed. I brought the other two bars with this open bar back to the store and told them this is already melted. I was not paying $20 a bar for this chocolate. The man behind the counter trying to tell me that this is the way it’s supposed to look. I flipped over the cover and said it don’t look like the cover then and he said no sir. I said well then give me my money back. I know he is lying. I ended up paying for the $20 bar since I had already opened it and I did not want to argue any further. The only reason he gets the second star as he gave me my money back, even though he lied to me.
