CVS STORE # 06491 VIDOR TX. I MOVED TO VIDOR NOVEMBER 2023. I CHOSE CVS BECAUSE OF POSITIVE PAST EXPERIENCES. TO BEGIN WITH I WANT TO COMPLIMENT DUSTIN STORE MANAGER AND STEVEN THE ONLY PHARMACIST EMPLOYEE THAT DESERVES ANY POSITIVE FEEDBACK. THE REST OF THE PHARMACY EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE REPLACED. ESPECIALLY THE FEMALE PHARMACIST. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I've waited up to forty minutes on hold waiting to speak with someone. Then they begin by telling you they are short staffed. I was even asked "is this about a pain medication "? They immediately have extreme prejudice and tell you it's going to be hours before it's filled. They will threaten to never fill your medication if you show the least bit of impatience. The female pharmacist rudely tells you the "LAW" gives her the authority to not feel your prescription if she chooses not to. Two weeks ago she received a prescription that had a fill date. The day it could be filled I called at 0900. She told me she would fill it by noon. Then I called to see if it was ready. It wasn't ready plus it had 1338 for the time to pick it up. Plus the recording said they go to lunch between 1330 and 1400. That was intentional.I have had enough. Im tired of the excuses! The main one is "WE ARE SHORT STAFFED"I called corporate today. Hopefully they can eliminate the horrible treatment patients and customers endure. My advice to these rude uncaring pharmacy employees is "GOH OME IF YOU CAN'T BE PATIENT AND KIND TO SICK PEOPLE . Sincerely, SOMEONE THAT CARES ABOUT MANKIND

Very rude person on the ph , answered by saying just hello ? Then was very rude and just hung up at end of conversation. I can’t comprehend this behavior when it is so important about our meds. Do better !

When you receive a text message saying, your medication is ready. You arrive at the pharmacy that next day. They can't find your medication anyway for 30 minutes. And they still can't find You're a medication the customer service leave something to be desired also

I have heard horror stories about the pharmacy, Well today I got to experience it first hand. Go to pick up a prescription only to be told that the 6 people behind the counter are all going to lunch and I need to come back in 30 minutes. Each company gets to make their own rules. But as a customer, I get to decide on what level of stupidity I’m willing to deal with. CVS has exceeded my limits. I will be going to another pharmacy in the future. 30 years here trashed.

Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful and always glad to answer any questions I have. I have used CVS for all my prescription needs and they've always come through! However, whoever they order prescriptions from and rely on to deliver them to their Vidor location needs to work with a little more urgency. I called in a prescription two days ago and they're still waiting on it. It seems to me that it shouldn't take this long to deliver the orders.

They were fast about getting my vaccine done, but when I called about it I was told that it wouldn't cost me anything because my insurance would pay for it all, the pharmacist charged me right at $10.00

Worst customer I have ever had. We ordered a double sided photo/postcard online. The pick up time was supposed to be 9 a.m. They were not ready. They said call back at 12. I called back at 12 still not done. The photos were not ready until 3 p.m. When we went to pick up the photos, they were not double-sided. Instead there were 2 stacks of photos with perforated edges. We explained this is not what we order. We were told all, "I can do is re-run them, but you have to go back online and re-order. Then I can fix our mistake." Instead of owning the problem they put the responsibility of getting it done on us ordering the photos again and paying again. We were told if we want a refund we have to get one from the website and to call the online number. As of right now I have not been able to reach anyone with CVS online. Do not use CVS photo department.

Went yesterday for my booster; COVID-19. Told to make appointment on line. They said they where to busy to talk. Made an appointment came back this morning and was told CDC changed guidelines and now I have to wait again! They could have taken the time yesterday to tell me! Now we wait again! Poorly informed workers! So check before you drive all the way up there!

Most people are not interested in going to the pharmacy or the doctor, but either way you have to get your prescription filled and I highly recommend this particular CVS on Main street in Vidor Texas. It's always been clean and well stocked with their sale items and the staff is usually very helpful and friendly. What else can you ask for.

Staff is great. They need help in the pharmacy. Too much work for to few hands. This is Wednesday. After the ice storm. They are closed.
