H&H gym has a family like atmosphere everyone treats each other like family. The cardio area has plenty of options and the free weight room is fully stocked. Owners are very nice and friendly. One great big happy feel no swaggering look at me vibe just people putting in the work. It is ready to support any stage of a fitness journey.
I liked the old school gym vibe, not crowded at all, machines and weights were close by depending on your work out. Would definitely come back when I visit family in town.

It's a great place if you just want to get a good workout..Early mornings aren't crowded and they have the weights and machines needed.

Need to bring new equipment and need put more light from the outside. Otherwise everything is fine
