I had the ABSOLUTE best rental experience with this place and the owners.
If I needed anything at all they were on it. They gave me the privacy I needed, yet kept a close eye on the place for crime etc. When I left the place clean and rent ready I was refunded my full deposit. Absolute GREAT management!!

Very quiet everybody's nice and the Landlord, Mike and his wife are very amazing. People. I would highly recommend anybody to come. Stay here at this RV park. It is amazing.

They also sell propane!!! One of few places that can fill your bottles in Vidor, Texas. Mike was very helpful and told me that they sell the propane 24 hours a day and 7 days a week!!!THATS A BIG DEAL!!!

This Park is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The owners are not just friendly but go above and beyond to accommodate their patrons. Itis highly inappropriate to use this forum for ridiculous accusations and the person posting such information should be reported. On a personal note to Ms. Rylie Kaiser, perhaps the so-called high-school graduate posting such inflammatory trash should go back to school and learn proper spelling and grammar.

The man that owns this park bought it from a farm family when i was still a minor. It was my family, I would not feel safe around this man as when the property was being bought he was violent and constantly forcing himself at the property without notice. If he is willing to he hostile to the family he was buying the property from im not sure how he will behave to someone thats just renting. The small building in use was not in the contact and he kept it, there are court cases if you want proof of we winning from his destruction of property. He would not allow me to go find my mother for him and assumed i was her when i was still in highschool. He put fear into me and i had to run into my home to put distance away. I have heard more things about him but as a small female i do not feel safe around this man. He called me a liar but he is the one who lies even in the court house, the judge made the right choice and knew who was really lying. I have no hard feelings to him for the farm being sold, i do have hard feelings now as an adult how he treats young woman and lies out of his teeth trying to fit in whatever narratives. Simple as it is, i would not feel save around him.

My name is Bruce Collins I was the very first person to live in one of the 4 spots the owner had ready. My son and I loved it the owner was amazing and fast working and talked about all the ways he wanted to improve the park and he held up to every word. the place looks amazing now. Every month when I paid him that very day or the next I seen that money put right back into the park every time. The place looks amazing mike not sure if you remember me but I might have a chat with you about coming back to stay in the near future.

I've been here about two weeks now, plan on staying long-term. The owners are so friendly, and they provide everything from your electric to hard-wired internet. They have a playground and laundromat on premises. If you're looking for fancy, go find you an RV "Resort". But if you're looking for clean, pet friendly, affordable and fenced in, Lakeview carriage RV Park is definitely the place for you.
