I went thru drive through whenI finally was able to place my order I was told someone would be with me in just a moment. After waiting for more than 20 minutes in drive through I called the store 3 times only to have it go to voice mail. So I went inside to complain. When I asked why I after so long that my order had not been takin the response was that there was only 1 person working drive thru. And that they had alot going on in the store. There was only 2 people waiting in store. This is a constant problem at this location along with messed up orders. This location lost myself and the 3 people that were behind me who left before I went into store to complain. I will not be returning to this location again.

This place used to be the best around. Now for the last 2 years it sucks. They constantly run out of chicken. It has been under cooked a few times and the last 2 times I haven't got what I ordered. The management is rude and needs to be in another profession.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the lady in the window was really sweet and polite. I ordered a 3pc combo classic and was given spicy. I didn’t have time to park and check to make sure I got the right kind but instead drove home and got into more comfortable clothes after working all day. I’m extremely sensitive to spicy foods and can barely eat my meal.

Garbage Popeyes. This Popeyes is just lucky there is no real competition for fried chicken. Waited in line 15 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready, only to find out they couldn't make sandwiches. Why not call the customer and let them know?

Everytime I go there they are out of something, like please if you are out of chicken in a chicken restaurant..order more chicken! The food is good but you will be lucky to get more than one breast in your meal, get told one ranch per order..like I remember growing up with restaurants throwing hand fulls in the bag for you, I can confidently say that they need to step back and iron out some problems or move someone into a position that can fix the situation.

The food was terrible and all the high school kids were very unprofessional. The tall man behind the counter was great though, I think his name tag said Jacob. He made sure I had everything I ordered and did it with a smile. He even apologized for the unprofessionalism.

No reason for me to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru for an online order. When I get to the window, I can see the manager sitting, doing nothing. The line was wrapped around the building and no one seems to care. Then we get home with not a single correct sauce. Useless management make for terrible service. And for mid food at best? Figure it out.

Need to fire both mangers, they spent more time outside talking to each other then they did helping the customers. The employees were trying to keep up with the orders but were unable to multiply task. The employees had no help or guidance from the so called managers.

Fresh hot chicken tasted great. Chicken on sandwich was dry. Sides are insanely small. Very overpriced for quantity. No hot water in restroom. No towels in restroom. Hand dryer only blows cold.
