Needed my injector lines replaced on my 2016 F350 diesel because i kept breaking them some how. I bought the parts i needed and they put them all on. They were super fast and very resonable in price. Friendly and kept in good contact about my repair. Ford even gave me the wrong line for one of the injectors. about a week later that one they didnt replace failed. Took it back to Pymm and they even went and got the new part from Ford. Had it swapped out that day and just charged me for the part. A very stand up business that i would gladly take my truck back to. I appreciate the integrity of a business as its not a common quality anymore. Thank you Pymm for getting me out of a bind

This is the most efficient and friendly mechanic shop! I highly and wholeheartedly recommend it! ⚜️💕⚜️ I had a blow out on I-10 after driving hours and ended up less than a mile away. Somehow, I was able to make it over to them without ruining my rim. 😳 As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by a wonderful technician with such a kind and friendly demeanor. He had me in and out of there in no time. I was able to make it in time to pick up my daughter after her flight and get back to Texas in my same time frame (before 11pm). The front desk was helpful and kind as well, waving at me as I walked my little Yorkie (she absolutely fell in love with our technician). He gave me great directions on what to do when I arrived back home and how to stay safe with the completely busted tire (do NOT touch or try to remove myself... Because, let's just face it, I might have been silly and tried). He checked all the boxes for safety and care. In a time of great anxiety, he made me feel completely comfortable.
If you have any issues with your vehicle, I would highly recommend going to Pymm Automotive. I think you will have a great experience and find the same level of professionalism and trust that is imperative in automotive care.

I paid 1000$ for a motor there and the motor was no good they replaced with 2nd motor but they were flooded now they won't respond they have my money and my car and won't respond fixn lawyer up been 6month without no reply

I brought my 89 F150 who needed major work done and extreme amounts of blood sweat & tears. they went through it and worked for weeks diagnosing problems hunting parts fixing everything. they even went so far as repairing and replacing little stuff without adding extra to the bill. they allowed me make payments on the work done. any other shop would've said scrap it it's too much to fix it & charged an ungodly price for labor but Pymm Automotive barely charged anything for labor knowing I'm single got 2 teens & work literally everyday to make ends meet. I'm grateful for all they're doing
