This is review is almost 3 years LATE! But I was leaving a review for the UHAUL place in Shreveport La, and remembered I didn’t leave one for here.My fiancé and I were moving to Bossier City, La, because he was a stem cell transplant. He had Hodgkins Lymphoma. I reserved a 26’ truck from this location with my debit card. The day we go to pick up the truck, I was told we had to drive to Bridge City to get it. No one called or emailed me about this. We were living in Vidor, so I was trying to make it and easy transaction. I WILL NEVER RESERVE OR USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

I'll never use uhaul again. I have used them probably a dozen times but their new app process is a nightmare. It wouldn't accept my picture showing I put the tank back to original level (I only went 12 miles ffs) and it was extremely difficult picking up the truck in the first place they wanted a copy of my lease or to call my employer even though the reservation already had my ID and credit card. The absolute state of Weimerica and its businesses.
