If I could give it less than one star I would. Vidor’s office is some of the laziest people I think I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only do they refuse to deliver packages to my house but the people who work in the office behind the counter are rude. Every time we order something that they have to deliver we get the pink slip in the mail without a valid reason for not delivering. And then if we go to the office without the slip to pick up our package they are mad because we don’t have it. I shouldn’t have to bring a slip in to an office every time I get something delivered to my house. On top of that they’ve lost several of our packages and we weren’t able to get refunds on said packages because it keeps happening. 0/5 AND to really put the cherry on top, they put the reason they can’t deliver is because they don’t have an access code. WE DONT HAVE AN ACCESS CODE

For 3 months I have not gotten my water bill. First 2 Mos. I did get the late bill. Last month I didn't get either and the shut my water off. I old and very forgetful. But there is no excuse for this laziness. Our mail lady puts everyone's mail in a couple mail boxes. There are 6 mail boxes. Some pass it to our boxes but some throw it away. But never water or electric bills. What is up with our Vidor mail service???? It fails the test. Badly.

NEVER OPENED DON'T RECOMMEND I BOUGHT SOMETHING AND IT DIDN'T COME SO I TRIED TO GO OVER THIER AND IT IS ALWAYS CLOSED. CLOSES WAY TO EARLY!!!!!

UPDATE: I did receive my package the next day. Monday Jacob from the post office did reach out and leave a message for me . Later that evening Mr. Harris contact and figured out what happened. I do appreciate that they took the time to get to the bottom of this. So I will be changing my start from a 1 to a 5.
Lord after reading these comments I'm not the only one, that gets a can not access drive. I emailed them last evening, but after reading all of these reviews I can tell nothing will come from it. Apparently this post office has low standards when it comes to customer service and they are ok with their employees lying. I was also home all day long.

This is the 3rd time I have WATCHED my mail lady drive up to my mail box and put a 'sorry we missed you slip' in the box. She doesn't even try to deliver it. She had the form filled out before she even got to my mailbox. Her reason is dogs. THERE WERE NO DOGS IN MY YARD ALL 3 TIMES.
She is lazy and just refuses to deliver packages.

If i could give no stars I would! I have been sent multiple emails saying that there have been delivery attempts made and no one is home but the crazy thing is is that I am a stay at home mom and hardly ever leave my house and never has there been some one making an attempt to deliver my package! This is ridiculous! If you don't want to do your jobs quiet don't blame me! Plusi have cameras on my house and I have even looked on them and have found no one try to deliver a package!

Can I give negative stars? I realized I already gave the lowest star due to lost package a few years ago where I had to raise hell but now they strike again because going on I don’t know how many months now one of their USPs trucks decided to sideswipe my girlfriend. Status “We’re working on it”Change your moto to“We’ll screw up your packages and your cars!”
