Want to give a shout out to Vidor Transmission for getting me out of a pickle with my transmission. My dodge transmission decided to start acting up real bad a week before we were supposed to make a trip to north carolina to take supplies to those affected by Helene. Anyways i tried everything on my own, and couldn't fix it. so I limped it over to Vidor Transmission. They were busy but due to my situation they squeezed me in. No bull they shot me straight went out of their way to help and got me back on the road.
Great guys, and the owner was really good to me.
they had it done and out before 1:30
changed my solenoid pack, new fluid repaired a stripped-out bolt and checked everything out for me. this was awesome for them to do.
Thanks' a bunch Vidor transmission, y'all saved our butts and now we don't have to hire a hot shot to haul the second load.
Team 409 Search and Rescue, and I thank you for your integrity and awesome work.

Good place to get your transmission fixed. But time will tell. His work has a year warranty. Hopefully, the warranty will be honored if needed.

I called Robbie on Tuesday about my wife's truck shifting sending it into limp mode. Robbie knew exactly what the problem was before I even brought him the truck but he said it would probably be free at the dealer even though he would lose out on the business. It turned out it wasn't warrantied through the dealer so I took it to Robbie on Tuesday and he had my truck back to me by lunch time on Thursday and it was exactly what he said it was. Robbie is an honest guy who has fair prices and will get my business from now on.

Can’t say enough good about this business. We had transmission leak on our MotorHome. They helped us to get a tow, stopped what they were doing and diagnosed the problem (leak in transmission cooler), ordered part when none was available in the area, let us stay in their parking lot until part arrived, put in the part, checked it all out and got us on the road ASAP.
