“Had scheduled an appt for a simple tire rotation.
I waited a while but saw it was going to be at least an hour or more so then I walked to McDonald’s to get myself breakfast. They text me when it was ready. Easy peasy. We purchased the tires here at Modica so it was FREE.”
“Great customer service. Was in and out in a timely manner. Bought rims and tires for my car and I couldn't be any happier. Will definitely be a return customer”
“I was struggling for financial balance after losing my son. Then, I hit something on the road that created a blow out. When I went in, the manager and another employee checked the condition of the tire my other three tires. They could not fix the blow out, but the manager offered to finance one or two brand new tires. When putting the new tire on, the manager found a lug bolt damaged. He restored the damage added”
“Truly amazing went to get air in rear tire, a team members was concerned, and suggested I go talk with management. Was approved for new tires. It was a blessing and now I don't have to be stuck on side of HWY or unable to get to work. Excellent service.”

“Mark is a true professional and went above and beyond to ensure my Toyota was running smooth. Based on great personal recommendations I received I drove all the way down and Mark got my Highlander in right away and began addressing all the current issues. Mark kept me updated and informed throughout the process and even took the opportunity to personally answer any questions. Mark also took the opportunity to share some fishing stories with me and even provided some valuable insight on some great options and areas to fish on Rayburn . Truly thankful for all the service Mark and the entire staff provided. I truly recommend them. They are absolutely Excellent ?”

“Me and my best friend were on a road trip when we had to stop due to low tire pressure, when we look closer at the tire we noticed it was splitting and she was close to having a blow out. I started looking for tire shops around us and after 2 failed attempts I found Modica Brothers. Caleb answered the phone and I told him what was happening and asked if he had any tires for our car, he had 2 brands and when my friend asked which was better he gave his honest opinion, he didn’t try to sell his the more expensive tire, he even told us just get to the shop safely and he would get us back on the road. When we got there Caleb was so kind and let us know it would be about an hour and a half wait but he would try for sooner. He kept checking on us and giving us updates. We were out of there in about 2 hours, we were thankful they were able to help us! We would drive to Modica again for any car needs just because of how well we were treated!”
“Great group of guys at this location. Very polite and professional which is hard to find these days. Specifically Zack and the manager but the guys in the shop as well. I’ll be back here for sure.”
“Great friendly customer service!! Competitive prices!! I called Maybe 20 min before coming to check on prices to install my tires due to Walmart not having weights to balance my new tires. As soon as I pulled up, he recognized me from our call. They pulled me in and was done with all four tires in less than 30 min. Definitely coming back when I need tires in the future.”
