They will not try to upsell you on things, and will provide you a fair assessment of your vehicle regarding condition, potential costs, options, and level of urgency.I brought my car in because the breaks were screeching. Liz said that new brake rotors would be required but that it wasn't super critical. I still ended up taking my car in later for new brake rotors for peace of mind, and felt I paid fairly for the parts and labor.I brought my car in another time because it was making some unusual sounds. Liz and the team assessed my car, did not charge me for the assessment, and provided recommendations for other shops in the area that specialize in services outside of what Coronado Auto Repair offers. “Awesome repair shop! They left my 1994 Honda EG hatch running like new. They did T-Belt service along with a correction to a failed thermostat repair by a mobile mechanic but needless to say it all worked out and I only had to wait two days max. Richie treated me with respect and even after some mobile mechanic clown messed up my hatch, he understood and took care of the problem. I will now bring my CRV for its first ever oil change and we will tow my husbands Accord from another shop as well.”

“Martin Tire Company to the rescue! Our old, but reliable Corolla, needed a tire replaced that had picked up a very long rusty nail! The horrendous issue was the one week wait from Sam's Tire Center, which was a disaster, but that's for another review. Anyway, we went in, and found not one, but all four tires! The staff was most helpful and in less than three hours, our car was ready. We didn't wait, they called my husband once the car was ready. We most definitely will return when we need new tires, or have a flat fixed. Recommended! 5/5”
