“10/10 swear thought I was driving it off the lot. I went in primarily because through insurance it said they are a body shop who can do the work specifically on my 21civic. So knowing that was green flag 1. Next walking in was quick and easy. I did call before hand and set everything up with the insurance it was all handled perfectly. Their receptionist is so kind. And immediately got meet the service consultant. Omar, yall want Omar to help you. He was straight forward with me about the repairs and courteous. I get very socially anxious but the two main people I interacted with were very nice. Now the repairs:I got side swiped and mirror broken off held by duct tape. They replaced everything that needed replacing/fixed. It took about 9 days to get everything done. All be it, this was I’m sure a smaller job than what they usually do, but getting me in and out and updates via txt were the best! Updated me when they estimated repairs would be done, updates when we were in paint , getting out of paint. Shoot if I had a bigger issue I’m sure they would update me on that as well. Lastly they washed/detailed my car…. :’) yall im telling you!! 5stars 10/10 will recommend. It’s the little things here, but oh they deliver on getting the big things done. Great shop, great experience, super quick. And I’m not sure if it’s just because the price I got was through insurance, but they told me how much was being billed… let. Me. Tell. You. I had gone to at least 3 or 4 other shops to get estimates before hand, but ACE was charging legit half of what I was getting quoted. Great shop, great customer service, great work, and great prices.”

“I have always been skeptical of mechanics, but am so happy I have found a good, honest mechanic shop that I can turn to for all my automotive needs. They worked with me regarding drop off time and took care of the repairs very quickly at a fair price. They didn't try to scare me into doing repairs right away that could wait some time. I was even concerned that I needed an alignment, but they were honest and said I didn't need one. I received great, friendly service from Ozzie and his mechanics. I 100% recommend this shop.”

“Great auto repair shop. Liz and the team are honest and work with integrity. They will not try to upsell you on things, and will provide you a fair assessment of your vehicle regarding condition, potential costs, options, and level of urgency.I brought my car in because the breaks were screeching. Liz said that new brake rotors would be required but that it wasn't super critical. I still ended up taking my car in later for new brake rotors for peace of mind, and felt I paid fairly for the parts and labor.I brought my car in another time because it was making some unusual sounds. Liz and the team assessed my car, did not charge me for the assessment, and provided recommendations for other shops in the area that specialize in services outside of what Coronado Auto Repair offers. Could not ask for a team with more integrity!!”
