Be ware! They scratched up my car when towing and never responded to my request to review my issue. I could just file a claim but it’s not even worth the hassle. If you have time to waste, go ahead and call them.

Driver is rude as hell, corrects you for telling them the exact drop off instructions provided by the dealership. Absolutely stay away from this company clearly they don’t know how to treat the customers. Driver doesn’t tell you anything and gets upset and responds with attitude.

I was involved in a no-fault accident (the individual who hit me did it at Lowe’s Home Improvement).
The insurance company used Lone Star City Towing to take my vehicle to Caliber Collision. Miguel, the driver who picked up the vehicle drove the vehicle in a regular tow truck and claimed that it did not have a flat tire, even though there was apparent damage to the rear panel where the tire is located. I made it very clear to everyone that I didn't feel comfortable driving the vehicle because of that exact reason. Therefore, it should have been on a flatbed! When he picked up the vehicle he was not aware that the vehicle did not have a flat tire yet he arrived in a regular tow truck versus a flatbed. There was damage to the front passenger side of the vehicle which was not there when he picked it up it. (I would have mentioned this to the insurance company when they asked about damages to the vehicle.) He showed the insurance company photos of the vehicle outside the garage, but not the inside of the garage where he took it from. I attempted to reach them by text. It shows that the message was read, but I never received a response. Now, I know that he must have caused the damage to the front because obviously he tries to find excuses for everything!!! Now the gentleman’s insurance company wants me to involve my insurance company to fight it out with the towing company. This has been a traumatic ordeal and I shouldn’t have to have additional stress. Be very cautious if you use this company. Take photos!!!

Terrible customer service, no common courtesy. Insurance claim submitted called to check status since it had been a little over 90 minutes when Mike Herrera answered letting me know that he had been calling me several times which I didn’t have no missed calls waiting for my vehicle to get picked up. Once I mentioned that I have not received any calls he furiously started saying I was calling him a liar and never did so. Either way he kept talking over me and continued saying I called him a liar several times don’t get anywhere with this terrible incompetent individual. Lucky to be working for insurance companies. Mike Herrera with his terrible listening and communication skills, you’re better off getting someone else.

I had a great experience with Lone Star City Towing. The dispatcher was super helpful and got someone out to me quickly. The driver showed up fast, was really friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. It made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. You can tell they care about doing a good job. Definitely a company I’d call again if I ever need a tow.

I had a really good experience with Lone Star City Towing. They were assigned to me through GEICO, and I’m glad they were. From the moment I got in contact, the dispatchers were super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. They made the whole situation way less stressful.
The driver Aaron arrived quickly and took great care of my vehicle during the tow — everything was handled safely and professionally. It’s clear they take pride in their work and actually care about their customers.
If you ever need a tow, especially through insurance like GEICO, I definitely recommend Lone Star City Towing. Great people, great service, and a company that gets the job done right.

LoneStar is amazing! We were assigned them through AAA and they were extremely helpful and responsive. When my car was unable to be towed to the shop, the tow guy Andrew gave me his personal cell, and they had a mechanic on their staff come all the way to me to replace my battery for me. Service was above and beyond!
