Mr Robert is a very great worker, the outside of the store looks amazing and very clean! He is very nice and has a great attitude towards everyone around him. I sat in the parking lot for a while eating Carls and he is ON IT! Whatever he gets paid definitely ain’t worth the amazing work he does to keep the store great looking on the outside. We held a conversation and he sounds really passionate about his role here at Loves truck stop.

Outstanding customer service from the Love's employees to the Restaurant employees they all did extremely well and made me feel welcome and I really appreciate that. It was really busy when I stopped and they were all very kind and still did a very good job.
I visit a lot of different Love's and this is one of the best ones when it comes to customer service. Sign of good management and good people. Keep it up.

**Alert** Dont stop if you have a dog!!!!! Their fence/gate is completely broken. The whole gate is off the hinges and it's very dangerous since it's super close to the access road. It was semi-propped up with big rocks. Luckily my dogs don't run off as soon as I take them off the leash. I hadn't noticed it until I walked over to that side. By the time we left, the gate had completely fallen over. 😭
Love's Travel Stop, please do better.
If you don't have a dog, just continue to the next travel center. It's very crowded and hard to find parking. Lots of big rigs.

1. Drivers taking breaks in fuel isles, eating, sleeping & getting their shower. Completely disrespectful of other drivers. Causing back up all around the building
2. Staff doesn't care about making drivers find parking after fueling.
3. Driver fueled up lane 17 at 6:30am got 21.55 gal diesel & def picked up receipt went about buisness came back at 2pm got fuel lane 19 got 35gal diesel no def & cashier couldn't be bothered to give correct receipt. Didnt show on loves app. Office staff had to call to get reciept.
3. Observed cleanliness check that was anything but. They opened door but didnt check stalls, floors which were covered in urine & sticky, they didnt check trash, didnt wipe counters sink or check supplies only open door & turned and left.
4. Expect long delays 45min to get to fuel then another 15 to fuel.

I had a trailer skirt and a light issue, the lady behind the counter at the truck care center and technicians, got me in quickly and fixed it promptly. They were professional, friendly and very kind. I appreciate everything they did. Thank you.

Stopped in for a shower, and the the one they said was clean and ready for me was far from it. They put towels in there is all. Toilet was covered in hair and urine, trash and toilet paper on the floor, and hair all over the shower. Will never be back, stop elsewhere if you want a nice clean shower.

The cashier was rude in the first place they didn’t even greet when I entered or as I was exiting the store
Second place he or she was on the phone while attending customers
Third place he or she didn’t ask me if I wanted the receipt in multiple occasions

I want to this loves repair shop n worker named Ortiz was rude unprofessional really this ortiz guy has a problem fighting with customers . This ortiz guy fight with multiple customers in a short time I was there I'm definitely not coming back here .please avoid this place loves at all cost ..

They are doing some sorta donation drive which is fine, but as part of it they have a woman with a mic connected to the PA system and she keeps screaming over it everytime somone donates a dollar, the PA is loud and crackly and at one point was right next to me, and I already had a ehad ache and it was worse by the time I escaped that hell. This is a good example of somthing you should never do, This is a truck stop. People are here for fuel and food, not to listen to music or listen to somone shill over a radio, we have live events for that
