Family resides in the park. I really like that they have some community standards. I wish they could open up some spots to pull in a Camper so we could be close when we come to visit them.

To many red ant hills, my dogs are loosing fur and itching all the time. My vet bill is 1,000. Plus I am itching too. Rent seems to go up every 6 months . They want more money for a lot that is not worth a dollar.

The water is always a problem it doesn't work half the time, the price of trash pick up is way to high and it only gets picked up once a week, and yet again the rent went up again there is nothing in this park worth wht we are having to pay, most of the people in this park live on a fixed income and after paying rent there is nothing left to live on. This park is not what it use to be, the roads are just patched and not fixed, anything they do is just for the money and this is my opinion!!!!!I'm sure everyone struggles every month which is not right. You should be able to live comfortably and can't why is it they don't show all the reviews on this site????I know for a fact all the reviews are not on here

I love this place but thinking moving because I'm not going able afford it petty soon. they said it was because taxes when up. which I understand but a lot of us are on ss trying live our golden years it getting harder harder especially rent keep going up and up except for check

Why bother writing what’s wrongThey give the same answer to everyone!They want u to cut the grass like every week or 2 weeks., they say they want the community to look nice., then why don’t they fix the streets!! Full of pots holes!They said stuff that’s included which is lies!!With the money they raise every few months we should have better streets and lights!!

I've lived here at Ridge Crest for almost 4yrs and I can't complain. Office manager is great and the owner I talk to is a great person. Awesome Place and Awesome People.
