I miss these guys, I moved away but was here for a few years and can say these were the best group of guys I ever trained with. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to train. Hope coach G is doing good along with the other fellas.

Dropped in today with my son. Never a bad experience with professor gonzo. A great work out for the kids and he always works on basics which helps the kids understand. We wish he would open a bbq spot here but still always supporting his gym! 😂 👏

Hi, I would like my son to join. He is 6 years old, his counselor thought it would be a good thing for him to learn and be around other kids. I would like to. Take him one day to see what it's all about.
