“I called about some vibrations I was experiencing at higher speeds on my truck I purchased with a 6” lift and asked about getting all 4 of my tires balanced (35x12.5x20) they took me in right away and I was back on the road in 30 min. The gentleman who I’m assuming is the owner was extremely polite and welcoming and recommended a rotation as well and we did that too. Everyone there was amazing and helpful I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I will definitely be back for my routine rotations since it is in such close proximity to my work. It seemed to have fixed my vibrations issue as I didn’t experience a rough ride on the way home from work.”

“Went to Walmart in Devine TX I was about to get a FLAT kept Inflating every 10 mins.Then the Grumpy old man tells the cheerful client in front of me that Cheerfully asked him how was his day. The old man told him "Busier then I wanna be" Mind you only 3 oil changes ahead there will be minimum of 2 hr or more 2 wait.I decided I'll just buy the tire $75 and go elsewhere to get them to put it on instead of waiting 3-4hrs with walmart . “Place is reliable been coming here for a few years the only reason i didn't give them 5 stars. Is because some of the workers dont understand english and sometimes they miss understand what you tell them. I speak Spanish fine but not all people do, so if you come here make sure to ask for the owner or someone who understands English. Just in case you don't speak spanish ðŸ‘. Fast service”

“Topnotch quality service from Andrew and his guys.
Today was the day I needed to change my tires after more than 60k miles of drives on my Constinentals. Andrew and I picked the best replacement that covers up to 70k-mile warranty. It was from Pirelli. I also have a 5yr wheel alignment plan with Big O that was transferred from my previous to my current vehicle. That itself is amazing.
Andrew himself also personally made sure that topnotch service was done with my needed oil change.
I actually visited the store last Friday and Andrew made sure everything would be ready for today's service especially making sure the Pirelli tires were available. I personally feel that the best total pricing was made possible by the Big O. I am happy with what I spent.
Store was clean and orderly. The ambience was great in the waiting area where I was able to do a couple of tasks including some computer work on my laptop.
I'm blessed to have Andrew's shop actually near home. Truly convenient for travel.
