Don't let the smaller location deter you if you see something you like STOP AND MAKE A DEAL. Manny was still in training but I was in and out in half the time of any vehicle purchase I've ever had. True finance rates (not having to walk out multiple times fighting for a reasonable rate) I was one and done quickly on my only day off and got a great deal and finance rate with a great vehicle perfectly described. “What drew me to midtown motors was the 18 month or 18,000 mile power train warranty they offer on used vehicles bc I didn’t want to get trapped in a loan on a lemon. My Elantra has only had very minor issues with it that are general maintenance such as headlight bulbs and stuff like that. I’m paying my car off today and it is still running very well.
The next time I need a car I Will definitely return to midtown.”

* The immediate, yet not overbearing response from Adolfo about my inquiry. **The qualification he conducted to ensure they had what I was looking for. ***The super easy pre-qualification and the ease of the steps that followed. ****Once I got there, it went by pretty quick. It did not feel like I had to 'clock in' and spend a whole day at the dealership. ***** The professionalism and friendliness from ALL the staff is exceptional. From the receptionist, my car representative, Adolfo, Martin Vara who checked on me multiple times, to the greeting from David Vara and working with the Finance Manager, Mr. Mendiola, too.
It was all amazing. And I'm in a new vehicle, one that I truly wanted (make, model, color, year), at terms that truly are fair!
