I was hoping this post office would be perfect to get my passport taken care of but I was wrong, the lady who handled my paperwork was the rudest lady EVER, her name is Lynda Garcia, I’ve never had any issues with any post office like I did with this one and I will never go back , walking in I already knew she was in a bad mood did not greet , I told her hi I’m here for my passport and she rudely asked if I had an appointment which I did, she quickly looked at my paperwork and said you need a copy of front and back DL, right behind her was a copier and she said you need to go take care of this and reschedule your appointment very rude, I was willing to pay for my copies but she handed my folder of paperwork and walked away, I was the only customer there and 2 seconds to make a copy would not have been an issue, I was in total shock that she would treat customers this way and be so rude, there’s no need to treat customers this way and hopefully she can learn to be more patient and kind!!!!

I am going through the motions right now with the USPS in regards to this post office. I don't have issues with the staff but I've had nothing but issues with LYNDA GARCIA!!!!! (POSTMASTER) She is not only rude but a liar with zero I repeat ZERO, CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!! I've read several reviews and they all talk about the rude and bad service. She had the audacity to call me and my family liars after I called about some packages that I asked them to hold!!!!! (BIG MISTAKE) After filing a grievance, she was blowing up my phone at like 7or 8 in the morning!!!!! There is even a postman that put one of my packages by the fence closest to the road way, after I expressed this she sent me a letter and told me to buy a bin or a trash can to put the packages in. If you have issues at this office don't be afraid to report this to the usps customer service.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the staffs name (A women and a man) but the kindness and willingness to help me and family, spoke volumes on who they are. Thank you so much, God bless you both🙌

Horrible service they didn’t even tried Had three appointments, 45 minutes of time arrived for one appointment black dude say he couldn’t even take none of my appointments and l still had time for one …. Don’t go there waste of time… no surprise they have such a bad customer service score

I do not advice anyone to visit this location ,reasons ,the guys have nonchalant attitude not considering I brought my 4kids out to cold to process their documents.

I had my passport appointment set here and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Staff was efficient and kind.

This review is not specifically for this one, but this is what i discovered at this branch . The usps will not deliver to the rv park nearby. Some stupid Texas law. I despise Trump but this lame law would be a reason to defund the usps.

Never had any issues at the office, but the letter courier that's a whole different story. She apparently feels she can decide if she wants to deliver your mail, leave snotty notes in your box instead of your mail, and vandalize private property. On top of the couple dozen packages that say delivered but never actually arrived, even when specifically sitting there waiting.

Why can't post office hours accommodate Americans who work the most normal of schedules in the world? Why can't they stay open until 7 pm? Opening after I start work and closing before I get off work is absurd.

What is this place, every time I've had an Amazon package delivery through here its somehow always delayed or box is damaged specific to this town. I don't know for sure if this place getting Amazon packages in route but based off reviews i wouldn't be surprised.

The worst experience I live in Savannah heights, many packages are being lost, we have already made many reports and no one solves anything, they say package delivered and that is a lie, yesterday I went to speak in person, they agreed to give me a call yesterday, call that I never received, if I could I would give it zero stars

I've got notification they attempted to deliver signature package but they never came I have a disability and rarely leave my house. I requested on QR code to have it deliver they won't deliver the dates for pick ups keep changing. I've been waiting on phone for 2 hours with national hotline to make a complaint.
