My dad and I have been regulars at 5 Star since October 2022, consistently coming in for body scans after our workouts. My dad is a kidney transplant recipient, and when nature calls, it’s urgent for him. Every visit, he has always been allowed to use the restroom without issue, until today.
Upon arrival, my dad went straight to the bathroom as usual. An employee, who appeared to be with another customer, abruptly stopped her conversation just to tell me that he wasn't allowed to use the restroom. I explained that he’s always been allowed in before. She then told me she’s the new manager and that her staff “only feel safe” in there, even though there was only one other employee present.
That exchange alone made me feel like it was time to leave. But we stayed for the scan, though it was clear things have changed. In the past, the team would take time to go over the results thoroughly, explain trends using graphs and offer complimentary meal plans, always making us feel supported and valued. This time, the feedback was brief and vague: “body fat down, weight up, muscle up.” No real explanation or engagement. We’ve always purchased supplements during our visits but this time we left immediately due to the shift in customer service and overall atmosphere. Disappointed to see how much has changed under new management.

I was so impressed with the sales representative, Payton. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He helped us every step of the way and provided EXCELLENT customer service. So thankful for his expertise and guidance! Thank you Five Star 🌟 I'll be back soon!!

These guys have earned their name through and through. I am not what one would consider a healthy person and their advice was very helpful as were their supplement suggestions and while I no longer go to the gym due to working as a freight worker and following their suggestions i dropped nearly 20 pounds of fat and replaced a good portion of that with muscle . And it feels as though this group is very knowledgeable and from what i've seen they do not push the same products over and over like a programmed bot, each one will ask questions and if asked can tell me exactly why this product vs that product would be better for my goals. Definitely customer service at it's finest.

Love the cbd here!!! I love use the oil for my joints from weightlifting and it dramatically decreased my elbow pain. Also helps me feel relaxed at night. Amazing staff highly recommended it.

The staff at 5 Star Nutrition are great! They always answer all my questions. I like that you can go in and weight yourself and check your fat % without them trying to sell you everything on the shelf. If you need some extra motivation and wanna try some supplements try them out.

I didnt like the taste of the cbd oil it was very nasty cant even get my money back now im stuck with a 50 dollar bottle. Go to Central Texas Market they let u sample befor you buy they oil and it taste much better. After a talk with the manager i did receive a full refund
