I went in ordered at 10:30 ordered a breakfast taco very rudely the lady said we don't do breakfast what you see is what you get so I ordered 2 cups of carnitas 1 was supposed to have 1 scoop and the other 2 scoops I check out and pay get to the car and noticed only 1 bowl the lady argued with me told me she put all the scoops in one bowl and argued that's what I told her to do I told her if she'd put her phone down maybe she'd understand better... It escalated to the point the lady takes her apron off and tries to follow me outside... I showed the manager my receipt as he's just watching all this happen like he's scared to step in.... I said look all I want is the food I paid for in separate bowls because there's separate people eating it
I'd say this store has poor management and even worst employees.... To busy arguing with customers and playing on their phone to do their job... I will not be going back and will be calling corporate because there should be no reason a trash employee should be trying to fight someone because she's incompetent and can't get an order right... All the whole the asst. Manger is standing there dumbfounded.... Oh and all the teas were 2 hours pass expiration when I told them that they acted as if it wasnt a big deal... Guys your job is not hard figure it out

My only complaint would be that it's always so busy! Lol...Staff is always great, food is fresh and you can't beat the summer drink prices.

I go to get coffee on my way to work/church so many mornings.
The coffee station is dirty, I’ve even had to go and ask for a towel to clean it down. I just couldn’t get my own coffee with how dirty it was. Went by there on Friday. No creamer. Was told can’t get to the truck. To get the creamer.
Went by there today, Sunday no cream, no sugar. I’ll give you a black coffee. Does me no good. Got there the one day two people standing outside a line of people all the way into the store.
Time to find a new place to get coffee in the morning. Will not be going back. It’s filthy and unacceptable.

My son and husband stopped by around 9am today paid $45 gas on pump 1and Cashier ended up putting it on pump 2. To wich they switched pumps just to realize pump numbers kept rolling. None to minimal amount of gas was flowing out. When they went inside to notify cashier of the situation and how pump stopped at $33.07.They proceeded to ask for the change cashier only handed them less then a dollar back in change and said she couldn't do anything until manager arrived when asked when that would be she said an hour or so but that she could take down information to give to manager. To wich my son did including the small detail of situation. To wich she just tossed paper with information to the side.

Very poor management at this location. They just can't seem to be able to operate the coffee/expresso machines. Never work right. Was a customer for years but will not go back to this store due to poor management.

I don't think I've had a positive experience at this store since it was built, but today I'm just finally freaking over it. All we needed was a large lid for our drink from their disappointment of a fountain area.
When the manager came to help find one after the cashier counting her till did everything to avoid helping me he checked under the fountain, cussed to himself, and told me to wait while he got more. I then hear him talking with other customers and moving around working on other tasks so I stepped into clearer view in hopes to remind him he was helping me. He looked at me then proceeded on with whatever he was doing.
To say the least I left without the lid. It wouldn't have been a big deal if EVERY trip here wasn't something like this. ? this store just needs to be closed and completely reset.

Lazy a@# employees. Clean your store. How this place can serve food is beyond me. Food roaches crawling around. Literally watched the employee drop the utensils pick them up and place them back in the rack. When I said something to him... he just smirked. Mentioned it to what I assumed was the boss and she could have cared less

OK, We all know this is a convenience store. But. Come on really? Still act like you care. I think they hire people just to fill a hole. This is the 7th time I have went to buy an item and the price is posted(in huge print right above it) half of what they charge. Every time they argue with me and then call the "manager" over to ask him, then he adjusts it and then walks away. AGAIN today, the same thing. The kid behind the counter kept saying its the price. I asked for the manager , he says " manager ain't not here" I ask who is in charge? He says " I am only one working" as I am starring at 3 people in the backroom laughing. So I say the price is right there in huge print, you have to charge what the price posted. " I know not how to do that" was his response. That was the final straw..the thing about "convenience" stores is there is one on every corner.

Do not ever use the ATM HereWow ok 3 days later and ken now has redered me to the store manager Carlos... still no refund or helpbecause it becomes unplugged and the manager. Kin would not do anything to either help me or return my money. Even though it should be in their contract that there should be dispensable money for said errors. So now I just got robbed for 40 bucks. Oh really forty five because of the terminal fee

Store is dirty, lots of staff standing around, and men's bathroom is trashed like a college restroom. The gas pump octane level buttons have bird droppings which is next to the full overflowing trash cans. Embarrassing the public has to frequent this location.
