Great customer service! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the cashier. I grabbed a slurpee and headed to the register where she again greeted me. I wish I would have gotten her name. She got me checked out quickly and thanked me for stopping by. I stop here every month or so for a slurpee and have found the service to always be friendly and welcoming. Many times they have a line of people waiting to check out but they work through it as quickly and friendly as possible. I think it's like this as there is usually only one cashier as the other employees are either stocking the shelves or working the food counter.

I’m a DoorDash driver. I’m supposed to be able to walk and pick up order. She told me to go get it myself then I didn’t get the right thing so she told me I didn’t have the right thing. I just canceled the order. Sorry excuses for help

unless marcus is making the tacos, i ain’t going. he’s quick, makes them good & he’s so nice. & the 2 hispanic ladies that work between 5-6am are always nice too.

Terrible customer service! They don't want to be bothered by taking cash for your gas purchase. Lines are long, and employees are slow.I got tired of waiting and decided to use my credit card. Turns out they didn't put in any receipt paper, so back inside...No line this time, just a girl stocking the cigarettes and ignoring me. Is 5 minutes too long to wait for her to acknowledge me? She didn't think so

This 7-11 is the best by 100% your mangers miss Victoria this the best every time we go in she buys with cleaning the restroom or restocking or cleaning even working on the register to help her teammates now that a manager great job to Victoria and the 7-11 team the food looks good and Hot

Very upsetting, we ordered 2 tacos and asked for beans and cheese on both, she repeated it twice to confirm order and charged us for it but only for one taco. And then we didn’t even get beans or cheese not even on one taco. Please train your employees better and be more diligent on getting orders correct. We payed an additional $1.20 for nothing.
