The unit I had before was far from where I lived. There was another spare box across town and much closer just blocks away. Thanks soo very much Kimberly for helping me out. This unit is more convenient for me.

UNPROFESSIONAL, never anyone available on property to speak with. After you leave messages with the customer service reps, no one calls you back. Customer service reps are difficult to understand and rude. I’ll be moving my belongings ASAP. There’s a problem with the air and Sparebox’s employees act as if I’m bothering them when I call to inquiry. How do I make a more formal corporate complaint? And my name is BIANCA F. dk why it’s not reflecting.
Update: it’s been 10 days and I’ve STILL not heard an update regarding the climate in my paid climate controlled unit.
Update since the comment of the facility:
The issue with the high temperatures has been reported to the Property Manager.
An air conditioner vendor is scheduled to stop by to assess the issue and have repairs done.
We do apologize for the delay, but we are working to have this fixed as soon as possible…. STILL no contact otherwise from the facility.
UPDATE 5/20:
STILL NO CONTACT FROM FACILITY…3 weeks after they replied to my review.

This place has a ton of predatory policies. It started with a mandatory $18 "admin" fee to have my storage unit. Also When you move out they do not pro-rate your storage fee. I was not advised about that at the time of leaving. Not only that but they also do not have any person that mans or looks after the facility. They claim the $18 "admin" fee is for the protection of the facility but obviously that's false because there's no one even their. Just another place that has predatory business practices or "policies" as they say. Customer service was no help and there are many more negative things about this company in general. Would advise to stay away
