Stopped in to get a snack and had to use the restroom and it was very dirty. They had no toilet paper and no hand soap. I went to pay for my merchandise and gently mentioned to the clerk about the restroom needing attention. I received instant attitude from her saying she doesn’t make that mess the people that use it do. I said the problem is, there is no toilet paper or hand soap. She again with attitude said well I’ll get someone to do it. I wasn’t trying to be rude or tell her how to do her job. Customers shouldn’t have to tell the employees about the restrooms. In this time of Covid cleanliness is very important.

If your employees can't process any sales for 10-15 minutes when changing shifts you are an incompetent business owner.
