This company is something of a ripoff. We you “become a member”, you save money on services; but they make it really difficult to cancel your membership. You must speak to the ‘manager’ who’s never there. Then they send you an email you have to sign, date & return to cancel. Of course, they claim they never received it. Very disappointed; though not surprised. BUYER BEWARE!

I absolutely LOVE my lashes from Amazing Lash Studio! The whole experience was so relaxing, the staff was super sweet, and my stylist Isabelle made sure I got exactly the look I wanted. I feel so much more confident and put together—no mascara needed! If you’ve been thinking about trying extensions, this is 100% the place to go. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience. This was my first time getting a lash lift and tint and they were so helpful and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of! The results are amazing and I will definitely be back !

Horrible experience in Waco. The lashes did not stay on unless you pay for an upgrade & still all fall off within days. Also even prepaying for the monthly service they still hit you up for more money for what you assumed to be included. The receptionist does not explain what is included. There are too many good lash places in Waco to waste your money here.

I went there 1 time I did not receive the mega volume lashes I requested and paid 179.00. Total rip off. Its been 1 week and most of my lashes are gone due to shedding the first day.
Requested style: Request full mega volume..lashes were not full.

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review, but my experience here was deeply disappointing. This was my first visit, and it began with the receptionist asking what I wanted. I clearly explained my preferences, expecting a professional service. However, the lash artist did not ask me a single question about my desired look.
When she was finished, I was horrified when I saw them, which were far from what I wanted. They were absolutely horrific! I requested some lashes to be removed and replaced with classic ones, but the result was still terrible. I absolutely hate them!
To make matters worse, the front desk lady treated me as if I was ignorant about lash extensions. Little did she know, I used to do lash extensions myself. This morning, I woke up to find chunks of lashes shedding, which is completely unacceptable.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and quality provided. I expected better professionalism and results.
I paid almost $200 for these. I’m going to be removing them myself and going back to Flutterhabit lashes!

I had an an amazing time when I went for a full set of lashes! Veronica was so sweet and understanding. It was my first time getting my lashes done and she really listened and understood the look I was wanting to get. She did an amazing job and did exactly what I wanted!! The front desk was also so kind and very fast. I was in and out and Sam did a wonderful job of explaining the membership to me. I will definitely be coming back in the future. I’m very happy with my experience!!!

After signing my cancelation forms and sending them in as asked, I still got charged again for my membership for this month. This is the most unprofessional salon I've been too and will now be contacting corporate because this is now 3 times this same thing has happened.
Have been going here for well over a year, signed up for the membership, and that was fine. Once I upgraded to the "volume membership" I've had nothing but problems.
I've been over charged twice, promised a refund on multiple occasions and when I waited for my refunds (that were never processed) I was told that I have a "credit" on my account. I didn't want the credit, I wanted my money I was wrongfully charged. Christmas time I was double charged, had to call twice to finally get them to fix it, then just last month was double charged again, and get this.... The lady who charged me literally called her manager to make sure she charged me right AND STILL DIDNT CHARGE ME CORRECTLY!. I had to call back 2 more times to try and get my refund and after being promised a refund 2 more times, the refund did not show, so I had to go in a use the credit I had from me being overcharged.
Only reason I gave 2 stars is because I found the best lash tech I could have ever asked for, but she's also leaving, so I cancelled my membership and I am leaving with her.
Maybe cater to your clients more so those poor lash techs won't loose more business due to the poor quality of customer service you offer and how you treat clients when things don't go right.

I loved getting my lashes done! As a first timer, they made the process super easy for me and explained all of the aftercare. Brianna, my stylist, was super friendly and made it a point to explain the process to me before we began. She also gave me advice on what would fit my eyes the best, and I was able to have a little bit of "pop" during my vacation!
