Fantastic bank, and fantastic branch. I've been banking with American Bank for around 10 years, and use this branch almost exclusively for both business and personal accounts. They're always friendly and always incredibly helpful. Really go above and beyond.

Horrible bank.. I have been banking here since 2014 & I came in one Monday morning approximately 9:09a.m. & the ? Hispanic young man that works here not only was he having a bad day because ether entire time he was rolling he's eyes but huffing & puffing.. i asked him was he ok because i will gladly wait for another bank rep if he was going to have an attitude. Well as soon as I said that he Yelled at me & told me he was fine.. as i was leaving he threw my bank statement and yelled and said you must be mental go home and take your medicines. Not only was this unprofessional but very disrespectful but the security guard next to.him.. she didn't say anything or did anything very disgusted with this branch due to the fact i do deal w/PTSD i am ex military ex officer. At the end i did tell him he was an a-whole for yelling like that which the manager so she stated that my account would be closed. In reality he should of been fired and the security officer discipline for allowing that to happen. I told the manger look at the video look at the recording and you will see how he yelled at me yet they said i was in the wrong. I hope people take time to read this because As GOD is my witness he was in the wrong and should be fired. I guess because he's Hispanic & ? he matters more. ?♀️
