They overbook so expect your appt for eye exam be a hour or two late. Listened to older staff assisting people select glasses being rude to customers. Mine assistant didn't care about anything one way or other just pushing most expensive options. The eye doctor was good and initial screener but other than that I would give rest less than glowing reviews. Nobody notified me my glasses where ready. After two weeks I had to call myself only to found yes they were in...big box store that doesn't care about customers. First and last time l will ever use them!

This was my first time there for exam and purchase. The wait was not long for the exam. I had the pleasure to be assisted by Kreeana, she was very informative, polite and patient as l choice my frames and asked questions. My frames came in much easier than expected. I went back in for adjustments and received wonderful customer service as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Great selection. I stopped in on a whim, to browse frames and maybe update my prescription. I was welcomed by a lovely and knowledgeable young lady, Meriem. She patiently went through all the options with me, and was helpful and honest when I couldn’t choose between two frames. I love how the entire vibe of this place, is helping you find the best glasses and eyewear. (There’s no pressure or feeling of trying to upsell.) Very impressed with my experience and with the entire staff.

This is a highly recommended place. The service is very nice. People in there specially a girl named Meriem, she is super nice and friendly. I love her ? I got two glasses and my husband got one. All were cool. They have very nice collections of glasses! Overall highly Satisfied!

My appointment was at 9:20 came in early and signed in at 9:05 . 9:30 rolls around and I'm still waiting after they called two people ahead of me ??. I asked the receptionist what was up and she said I was next !! Terrible customer service . I will not be coming back

The exam was fine. My problem started on Tuesday 11/28/2023 when I received a text from America's best stating my contacts were in. On 11/29 I went into the store. The staff could not locate my contacts. After a while a staff member came and told me he had my contacts, but I needed to make an appointment for training on how to put in new contacts. I was not told this information up front. I had to take off work again to be seen by the "Doctor". On 11/30 I took off work again to go get my contacts and training on how to put them in. It's not as easy as it looks, just saying. After finally getting both contacts in, with three staff members watching me the entire time, my vision is blurry in both eyes, worse than my normal vision without glasses. The associate teaching me says "it'll take some time for your eyes to adjust to the new contacts". after walking around the store for around 15 minutes I still can't see. Another staff member tells me I need to learn how to take them out. That wasn't hard but after I get them both out, they tell me that the contacts that I just worked for a half hour to put in, are not my prescription. They just had some they thought were close and I needed to learn how to put them in. Wait what!? Turns out my trials had not come in yet they put my phone number on someone else's account. I call them the following week and my contacts still haven’t come in, they tell me they’re running behind. On 12/9 I go to Visionworks to drop off my prescription for glasses. 12/15 they’re ready for pickup. 12/16 I pick up my glasses and they are not right. I call America’s Best and my “trial contacts” are finally ready for pickup. Then I find out the prescription is wrong on those too. Now I have to take off work again and have a follow up appointment. SMH

I had my eyes checked here twice. I purchased progressive lenses and frames. I had to go back 6 times. They ended up putting my old prescription in the new frames. It was a very disappointing experience. They should have given me a refund.

This place does not know how to ship contacts, call multiple times and tells me that they will do them that day and it’s been four weeks and they still have not left the building. If you are considering this place I highly advise you to reconsider. New management needs to be implemented at this place for a more smooth customer experience.

Mirrium who works at the Waco Texas central Texas shopping center at 340 loop was probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and when she uphold me she explained why and I wasn’t going to get extras but felt good about what I got and that was due to her service and explanation which was 100% valid. She said she had just moved here from Morocco 4 months ago and it was a joy to work with her on my eyewear. More should be like Murium in the customer service arena.Thank you I will be back
