This business is extremely unprofessional. They never answer the phone, doesn’t matter if you call in the morning or just a couple hours before closing, it’s like no one works there. The place feels like a ghost town, and the employees clearly don’t care about helping customers. Instead of providing service, they come across as lazy, unproductive, and uninterested in doing their jobs. Some people live out of town and can’t just drive up to make payments, but the staff makes zero effort to be available by phone. It’s frustrating and completely unacceptable.

Don’t come here these people will scam you when you need them the most! They had told my mom which has gotten into a car accident because someone rear ended her car bad. She pays $800 for the insurance just so these people tell her she doesn’t have full coverage on the one vehicle that got hit which we have 3 in total in the insurance fully covered my mom did it because we keep getting hit by other drivers but now that shit is useless cause these damn people don’t wanna pay up if y’all broke say that so we can take our business elsewhere cause why would you own a damn business if you can’t handle the heat be real with yourself but please I’m telling you by experience go somewhere else they won’t help you and they also talk back saying it’s our fault when clearly they don’t want to deal with it they said to call the person who hit us to pay us like that’s your job 😂 i know how this works don’t play y’all selfs we coming for you😘

Flor & Jorge were SUPER NICE!!
